Yeah, I had townspeople who said "nigga" in both AC games.

I pretty much always have tabs open in Firefox for MySpace, TSM, Cheap Ass Gamer, Xbox.com, and now Netflix, in that order. I also visit 411mania and ESPN.com daily, and Facebook maybe every other day.

Yeah, things weren't looking good after that first period when Edmonton went up 3-0. I had flashbacks of the recent 6-2 thrashing in Calgary (well, feared it would end up like that anyway- can't have flashbacks to a game I didn't see since it wasn't on TV). But the Kings got 4 in the second period, and LaBarbera only allowed 1 goal, but the Kings lost the shootout. At least they salvaged a point. They play Columbus on Saturday night, while Edmonton goes up to San Jose.

Steve Bradley, who was a WWE Developmental talent in the 90's was found dead today at the age of 32. Bradley was found earlier today in a parking lot across the street from where he once operated a wrestling school in Manchester, NH. Bradley wrestled on the Independent scene when he was 15/16 years old, and was signed to a WWE Developmental deal in 1998. He was assigned to the Memphis Territory and worked a lot with Kurt Angle during that time. In 2002 Bradley was released, after never making the main WWE roster. During his time under contract, Bradley worked in HWA, OVW, Puerto Rico, other WWE Territories and the occasional dark match. Bradley went on to operate a wrestling school after he release, which he shut down in the last 6-months. Reportedly Bradley had some personal issues over the last few years, and it was reported that he took the WWE up on the offer for rehabilitation as a former contracted talent. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 announced http://www.gamespot.com/news/6201900.html Awesome! I enjoy World at War and would rather play it <i>now</i> as opposed to COD4: Modern Warfare simply because I played that one to death. But still, Modern Warfare is better for online multiplayer. Hopefully the sequel can hook me in for hundreds of hours like the still-good World at War has failed to do.

I've had a thing for her for a few months now. She's cute. And I normally can't stand post country, but "Teardrops on my Guitar" and "Our Song" are pretty good.

Saw the Reign play Smuesy's Alaska Aces tonight. It was my 5th home game attended out of 8 played. Although shot totals were pretty even, Ontario controlled most of the game and won 3-2. Alaska's only goals were on a 5-on-3 and a too-little-too-late shot with 2minutes left. Got to see the Reign score on a penalty shot. The two teams play each other tomorrow, but I can't go. It's my friend's birthday. Bob uses the same bogus reason for talking shit to Porter as he does for doing it to me. It's funny, though, how when a mod calls him out on his bitchassness, he takes it back and claims he was joking. I don't get it. Bob has been a nice, civilized person on occasion. So why not do it all the time? I went out of my way to try to get along with the guy. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Come on, Bob.

I'm disappointed that Czech didn't post during or after the Blackhawks game. My disappointment has nothing to do with my team winning/me wanting to gloat, lest you get the wrong idea. I just wanted to be able to talk hockey with him, and for once I would have known what he was talking about when discussing a Blackhawks game.

Really fun game between the Kings and the Blackhawks. The Kings won 5-2, but it was a lot closer than the score indicates. Both teams were evenly matched most of the way through, but the Kings scored 3 goals on 6 shots (including Derek Armstrong, who barely plays, reminding us of his existence) and finished with 4 unanswered goals for the victory. The Hawks looked great for 2 and 1/2 periods, but just shit the bed in the last half of the 3rd with penalty after penalty. Philadelphia at Toronto followed by Vancouver at Calgary on HNIC tonight. Hopefully, the guys at the gym will switch one TV to thje NHL Network or else I'll miss 2/3 of the Flyers/Leafs game.

The Cavs can pay Lebron more than anyone. I thought Porter meant that they wouldn't spend as much to attract complementary stars, but as far as Lebron himself goes, they aren't allowed to extend his contract quite yet.
