Fazzle and I played 3 games. All were decided by 1 goal, and the last 2 went to overtime. That was fun. Hopefully, we can get a small league going. Maybe 8 people or so. Myself, fazzle, bps, the max.... others? Would any of you be interested?

You don't have to do that at all. There's no punishment for getting a game early. I have 2 friends who were playing Rock Band 2 online several days ago.

I met a woman at my gym who invited me to a Packers fan club at some bar and grill in Hemet. I've got to check that out.

It is? Where? I wanted this game to be good, but EGM gave it a B-, C, and C, and they hyped it hard. It has an average of 74%so far at GameRankings. The EGM review said that, around 1/3 of the way into the game, enemies get force fields that negate your force powers, thus undermining the whole premise of the game and devolving it to a subpar hack and slash. I can wait.

Oh, fuck that. Those are delicious and fat free (albeit full of sugar). Also, Fresco chicken and steak burrito supremes = godly.

How's everyone's offline Be A Pro going? Those who have tried it, that is. I'm a sniper center for the Manchester Monarchs (LA Kings) and I was promoted to the 2nd line after 7 goals in 5 games. I'm now sitting on 9 goals and 1 assist after 6 games. 2 of those goals were empty netters, though. My team is 4-2.

Speaking of which, does anyone else get bothered by the fact that there is no consistency across the board in this matter? Some threads are Comments which.., and some are Comments that... I want some symmetry when I log into TSM. Don't forget the all-inclusive "Comments that which don't warrant a thread".

Great game. I played 3 online EASHL games and that's fantastic. Be a Pro mode is great as well, which makes sense since it's the single player version of EASHL. Played 5 games of that. I've only played 2 games of dynasty but the game definitely seems harder than last year. That's good, considering I breezed to a 63-14-0-5 record en route to sweeping all 4 rounds of the playoffs in NHL 08. But I have a feeling I will struggle against human opponents. The Kings are the lowest rated team in the game, which is to be expected after they tied for the league's worst record last season and then traded away their leading scorer, and had their team captain defect to a division rival. I can only be on one EASHL team, so no go on that, but if there's enough interest, we can do a league. It's the same format as Madden's leagues.

Oops. My mistake. I guess I got it confused with other "fail" achievements in various games that net you zero points.

1. Create a player named John Madden. 2. Create a player named Bones Jackson and assign him to the Bears. 3. Check http://www.xbox360achievements.org/ in the future. They usually have achievement lists before the games even come out.

It almost became only the second movie, after Epic Movie, that I couldn't make it all the way through (though COM was 10000000000x better than Epic Movie). Actually, I almost didn't make it through Shoot 'Em Up the other day, either. Clive Owen's a really good actor, but apparently he and babies do not mix.
