Season 2 will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on August 26th. Season 1 will make its Blu-Ray debut on the same day after only being released in high def on HD DVD previously.

It is pretty addicting, and I will go for achievements if they seem both attainable and fun. But fuck trying for 1000/1000 just to have it. Most games have at least a couple achievements that are nigh impossible. That, and I play call of Duty 4 online more than any other game, and COD4 has no online achievements.

Bets game of the series tonight, made even better by Pittsburgh winning. Also, Don Cherry sported the pimpest jacket EVER after the game. Apparently, he's worn it before, as this pic is old:

I never played Golden Axe, but since you bought 2 games I figured you should know about this deal: http://ebm.email.xbox.com/c/tag/hBINv9HAly...92IBUf/doc.html It's a free game, so you may as well, right?

My first one turned out pretty great. Youth N Asia: Oh Shannigans, you naughty boy! I tried "Scroby" but nothing interesting came up. Kinda like when I search"Scroby" here. ... Just kidding, Toby. You're actually one of my favorites. But the first pics that came up were of a wind farm. A WIND FARM.

I borrowed the original DVD box set from 2003 from a coworker. It's full screen, but I can't complain. I'll finally get to see all the movies- Raiders for the second time, but I'll actually be fully awake this time around. And my friend who wanted me to go see Crystal Skull said he'd go to see it a second time after I'm finished catching up on the older movies. Combine that with the fact that I've been re-watching the Rambo trilogy and I'm picking up the new one on DVD (didn't see it in theaters), this is shaping up to be a good week for watching badass action hero quadrilogies starring men who are currently in their 60's. Thus concludes my most poorly written post, grammatically speaking, in my entire time here.

I rarely drink soda anymore, and when I do, it's diet. But as of a few years ago, I never saw Mr. Pibb anywhere. It seemed to be completely replaced by Pibb Xtra. Also, while there are obvious similarities, I could definitely tell the difference between Dr. Pepper and Mr. Pibb. It was kind of like the difference between regular Pepsi and Coke. Mello Yello has not been discontinued. It is still sold in many areas and is available as a fountain drink. Just the standard flavor, though. I used to drink All-Sport a lot as a kid when I played basketball. That shit was good. Like someone said above, I knew of All-Sport long before Powerade. I was drinking All-Sport in 1994, and I never even saw Powerade for sale until at least 2000. According to Wikipedia, though, Powerade came first.

World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets (Xbox 360)

You could always throw in a few extra dollars with that $8 and pick this up, too. And since you never respond to a single on of the messages I send you on Xbox Live for some reason... Whatever happened to you getting Call of Duty 4? -
Thanks, man. That's just what I was looking for. Just because I actually am a fan who enjoys the product and wants to see everything rather than criticize it doesn't mean you have to be a bitch about it, Bob. Chill. I rarely miss Raw, but I always have trouble finding Smackdown. It seems like, for most shows, they're now impossible to find. Individual matches from shows get put up, but not the complete programs. If they are on there, they're not under your typical tags.

At first, I thought this was a horrible idea. I enjoy watching Heat, and it kind of evened things out with each brand having another show taped along with its main one. However, if the SD/ECW merger is replaced by a Raw/ECW merger, this could be good. Raw has a larger roster with more star power, and the Heat midcarders,/low carders could appear on ECW regularly.

If they wanted to increase ad revenue, they should've done it during May sweeps. That's when advertising rates are determined.
-
They could definitely afford to do it for more than a week. They're not multi-billion dollar corporations like the ones you mentioned, but they're likely worth close to a billion.
-
Very. There's no way they'll be legitimately giving out $1 million.
-
The whole thing about it affecting each and every Raw viewer makes me think he'll announce the Raw/ECW merger, or talent exchange, whatever they call it.

Someone posted a link right after Judgment Day to a place on justintv where the PPV had been archived for viewing. Anyone know where I can find something like that for Raw? I wasn't able to pay much attention or hear any promos for the first hour and a half due to a phone call. It'd be nice to find an archived version of the show. I suck with torrents and Dailymotion hasn't had the shows up like usual lately.

ECW tapings to take place before Raw; Heat canceled
Matt Young replied to Matt Young's topic in The WWE Folder
It was pretty straightforward. He just used "fucked" in place of "arsed". Display Name, do you have broadband? If so, some sites stream the TV shows live, and many more make them available afterwards. -
Val Venis for ECW Champion!

Default sounded very little like Creed. They were more like Nickelback, which makes sense since they were/are Canadian and some of their songs were written and/or produced by Chad Kroeger.

World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets (Xbox 360)

Some people just like to play for fun. As for me, I am far, far, FAR away from being good enough to play with real money on the line. -

I haven't even started the regular modes. i played the tutorials (9 of them) for 5 hours before I beat them all. The first couple gave me trouble and took a long time, but after I learned the general rules of poker, the others were easier. Still, I had to make money in each one (6-8 hands for each) to unlock the next and advance. I really hope more people get this so we can play on Live. -
Beef would actually be really good for you, J.R. You just have to make sure you get the 90% or more lean beef. Very little fat, TONS of protein. It's more expensive, though. But I guess the same could be said of ground turkey. if you're not getting the lean ground turkey, it can be just as bad for you and fattening as regular ground beef.

Random Thoughts 3-27-08 to 5-28-08
Matt Young replied to Cheech Tremendous's topic in The WWE Folder
MySpace is actually pretty good about protecting children nowadays. All profiles for users under age 14 are private by default, and I believe no one can send them messages whatsoever without being on their friends list. Also, the ability to even send a friend request can be restricted to those who know the individual's last name or e-mail address. Of course, it's up to the parents to decide what's right for their kid(s), but the site is fairly safe, in case that is what you were concerned about. But yeah... I got a reply from Gregory Helms once! -
World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets is one of many games (albeit only 4 for the 360) that are on sale at Circuit City this week for $9.99. It reviewed well, averaging a 7.5-8/10. I don't know how to play poker, but I want to learn and it has tutorials. I figured that I may as well pick it up for that price. if anyone else gets it, let me know.

I watched a handful of Stanley Cup Finals games back in the late 90's when I was eager to ingest anything sports related. Now, as an adult with many more interests and a lot less free time, I rarely ever watch a full baseball or basketball game (football's another story) unless it's the playoffs. And I never, ever liked hockey before. I had watched a couple Kings games this season with a friend who is a die-hard fan, but didn't get too interested. Then, while watching the NHL Network stoned one morning a couple months ago, something clicked. I didn't watch any hockey after that, but I've been keeping up with stuff. I watched game 1 of the Finals and played 5 games of NHL 08 Saturday. I went from hating hockey to really enjoying it. I'm way late to the party, but fuck it. I'm supporting Pittsburgh in the Finals since one of my best friends is a Pens fan, born and raised in Pittsburgh. But I guess if I become a regular follower of the sport next season, I'll have to adopt the Kings or Ducks as my team. So yeah, Kings.
