The whole movie just lit you up...I can remember kids fucking screeming their heads off(I was one) when we watched it for the first time...everybody was just blown up from start to finish....and the soundtrack just added to it's greatness...this movie is way better than GI Joe: The Movie(man is that a total geek statement or what)

If you've never seen TF: The Movie(1986) then find it and watch it...it is still a completely badass film. Spidey III and now TFs?!?!! What the hell else will be out in the summer of 2007?

This might be blasphemy but would there be any harm in Osborne getting the black suit? This isn't the comic books and they've been building Osborne vs. Peter for 2 films while Eddie Brock hasn't even had an on screen role yet. Just a thought...I guess I would like to see Osborne make it to the end of the series for the final battle and not a fourth film that's all Venom cause there's no story...now SpiderMan 4 with Venom AND Green Goblin will be just fine...all in all I think that the film looks badass and I continue to just love the SpiderMan franchise and I hope that the cast and crew will hang around as they are all making great films...

Not that it matters much any more but it sounds like the unexpected will finally happen...RVD and Booker will have both become World Champions...Booker only to lose it to Batista...hopefully not right away as Booker will be a great heel champ

I can't at all hate on Lashley versus Booker if that's what your getting at...I think it's a good story and feud with the bigger Lashley always having to fight off King Booker and his court of good wrestlers...I really don't want it to end and I hope that it lasts through Booker winning the title although Batista coming back will fuck that up

Jarrett wants a run as a super baby face and to do that I think that he knows that he can't touch that title for a long time. TNA has come a long way and I hope that they get a two hour time slot on Monday night or even Tuesday so they can go head to head with Vince.Wrestling shows will thrive on head to head wars...wrestling 4 times a week on tv is too much for even the biggest of fans especially when it ain't good

We may be on to something here...Vince might want to show an anti WWE where he does everything he things he shouldn't do thereby making a wrestling show people actually want to watch and enjoy...

The sad thing is I doubt Sabu is making any more doing this than he was with the TNA and Indy bookings but I am glad he's there as he's becoming the one bright spot...RVD and the rest of the "roster" are being made to look like jobbers..WTF Heyman...did you forget about "RVD 420"? and the cocky RVD...I've had enough of the dopey RVD...he's the fucking WWE champion for crying out loud..he has THE BELT...if fact he has 2 World titles right now..he should be treated better that this...

I'm still holding out hope that maybe after Vengence or sooner Heyman comes out and says that Vince and Sci-Fi made him put this crap on t.v....the best possible storyline would be to hold the title hostage until he can get creative control...from the get go this show looked just like fucking Raw with more commercials and waaay too much hype on the 2 PPV's...I feel the hand of Stephanie on this as the ECW "roster" got no sold and we got a damn zombie and a vampire on the first show...I'm just shaking my head out how wierd the whole night was...the ECW crew just looked so damn excited to be there that they didn't realize that this was coming off as a bad Velocity...but we still have some time folks...oh and no more stupid blondes that can't even do a simple strip tease..

It irritates me to no end to remember this...and people may have hated Bagwell but from what I remember he was pretty good as a heal and Booker was over as a face...everybody should've had a hand in this match and made sure that there was none of this rest hold shit and had them go right at it with high impact moves and such..the problem is that even after this whole fiasco called Invasion, Vince is doing the same thing with ECW...

A long time fan of the comic I actually liked the movie but I've grown to expect that I'm not going to get a Claremont film and will settle for Hollywood's version of the X-Men...I liked the fact that they used the scene where Phoenix holds Cyclops power back but after three movies I still wonder why Cyke has been fucked so much in favor of fucking Storm... Some observations... 1) Did anybody notice Psylocke? Her name appeared in the credits... 2). Why the hell can't we get some mutants using their powers instead of just sticking to a wall or flying? The baseball bat and shotgun weilding mutants was just stupid...and I know there are mutants like Cypher but c'mon 3) Waiting through the credits was a total letdown....

I agree with the positivity...this movie looks great...Cage can bring the good acting and the effects look cool...who was the guy on the horse...I really have yet to be dissapointed with any Marvel movies with the exception of Elekta and the Hulk...

This thread may die faster than a crackbaby in a dumpster but I thought that I would at least express my mild excitement as to what appears to be some nice developements in the upcoming weeks in WWE. Now I now that everybody has already railed on Mysterio and the new ECW but I for one am actually looking forward to the match between JBL and Rey. Rey can still put on a helluva match and JBL as a two time champ will at least be entertaining. I hope that he keeps the US Title too...it just means he can be cockier. We might even be able to see Benoit get a couple of good shots in too before they ship him to ECW! We will never get the real ECW back but this will be as close as possible and with Heyman allowed to book and Vince's apparent support. it will definately be worth watching and I think that the ratings will get it plenty of TV soon enough and while Heymans having fun making new and better stars out of Vince's castaways we can watch the renunion of DX! Come on...it has to be right around the corner...HHH is the best thing on TV right now and I was definately in Markville when he and HBK stopped on the ramp Monday night...Vince and his cronies against the real DX will be badass and I for one don't want to miss any of this during the next few weeks...DX, ECW and JBL make for some good tv...and it sounds like Vince knows it and wants to make what could be his last real run a memorable one...and who knows where this might lead?

So after catching the last 40 minutes or so of Raw Monday night and reading two interesting reads on the Old School thread on 1995 and 1996 I kinda felt like a fan again. I felt that finally Raw has given me something to be interested in...that "anything might happen" feeling that a few of you have brought up...and I find that the usual TSM elite have definately weighed in on this subject matter. Interesting but not at all suprising thoughts by Rudo and Curry and I can't disagree with most of what they said but I also can't deny that I'm keeping my hopes up. I guess if were up to them TSM would just close down the whole WWE portion of this site since the product causes them so much irritation. Judging by the ferocity and quickness of their responses, apparently posting about anything positive regarding WWE is the eqivalent of shoving a salt rock down their pee-hole. I have yet to see CM Punk but I have heard great things and with Heyman's booking we could see some really good stuff. Does Punk work as a heel? It looks as though RVD will be the uber face so I am wondering if CM Punk will be built as the top heel. He sounds like the kind of guy that would fit into a new DX but I'd rather see him with Heyman. Someone mentioned that there hasn't been a big stable vs stable angle in a while. Some might say Team Angle II vs JBL's Cabinet was the last but that sucked. I am looking forward to seeing a new DX working against the Spririt Squad. If HHH and Michaels can work together to put those guys over and make them the new stars then have at it. While this is going on Edge can feud with Cena over the title. The last thing I want to see is Cena working with DX although if Vince is keeping him face that might be the only way to get him over. Then again people are having way too much fun booing his ass out of the building. Yet another reason why I like to watch.

Well they tried the NWO and it was good for about two weeks but that was a WCW creation and Hulkamania killed that...as for talking and hinting about something I guess that everyone should be happy that they're not just hotshotting a DX reunion out of no where..it makes some sense that these two former best friends who tried to kill each other wouldn't just jump back in the saddle again..but the night it happens will be gold and I want to be there to see it....you know there was a time when WWF(e) tried to follow the "norm" and got severly sidelined by a proposed heel getting massive support...if the people want a DX reunion as their chants would indicate then I say go for it...and ECW will work at least for a while

I haven't seen any mention of the GetBackers yet...great series that has some really good multi-part stories as well as stand alone episodes... SyCred is damn good too although it is kinda wierd after a while Blue Gender is probably my favorite anime series primarily because the ending doesn't go all screwy...
