    GTA: San Andreas

If that's the one with the cop car and spike strip, it seems to be partly based on luck. Sometimes your car will spin out after blowing the tires, and sometimes it won't. If it does, you're out of luck unless you're really good at controlling the car. If it doesn't spin, and you keep going straight, keep your thumb on the gas, and gently make your way around the cones (you might not have to turn at all), into the end of the run. If you stop straight, and close enough to the end cones, you should get 100%.

    OAO Victory Road Thread

I watched the show yesterday afternoon, and wrote up a sloppy little review. http://forums.gamespot.com/gamespot/journa...&topic=17398943 Yes, I have a journal at a video game website.

    GTA: San Andreas

A lot of the tests were painful trial and error for me. The one where you do a barrel roll, I hit perfectly once within 10 tries, then didn't even get close when playing around another 50 times. I don't think I'll ever get gold on the two wheels, or the cross-town race. Most of the others weren't too hard.

The One and Only Angel Season 5 Thread

Not a true Angel fan. And AB, I am stealing your sig. That's a double paddlin'. :spank: I'll go appease us both by pulling out Apocalypse, Nowish... and falling asleep to it.

The One and Only Angel Season 5 Thread

I've been falling asleep during the season 4 Angel episodes on Space lately. Not even THE BEAST~! can keep me up. I haven't been watching a lot of TV in general lately for some reason (rhymes with PTA ). I'm weeks behind on a few of my favourite shows. Thank goodness for downloads and a couple of semi-big hard drives. My plan to watch the Buffyverse in the proper order went up in smoke long ago. I'm probably as far into A-S4 by now as I was into B-S6 when I started slacking. I've never been one to provide huge analysis on any episodes, but I remember really liking the S2 Darla days when I saw them a few months ago.

The 360? Make one full rotation in either direction. Once you've done that, swing back and forth a little until time expires. If you keep going in the same direction, you won't end up in the right end position.

    GTA: San Andreas

You can grab the shotgun out of the police station, I just think you can't wield any kind of a weapon, or they'll turn on you. So grab the dildo first, run around with that in hand, then grab everything else.

    GTA: San Andreas

For anyone having a problem with Life's a Beach, there's a club in Idlewood called Alhambra, pretty much as far north/south as your house, to the west. It's about 3 streets west of the Big Smoke (BS) icon, 4 streets west of the gym (if you count that big cluster of street and train track as one street). It's on the east side of the street, with a bunch of torches out front. Shouldn't bee too hard to spot. Anyhow. You can practice the dancing stuff in there.

I was testing the bug, I promise. The dances ain't that sexy. The club is somewhere in between Jefferson and Los Flores, in the northeast part of Los Santos, not too far from the where the countryside starts. Check your big map/poster for a club icon (a martini glass).

In case you guys hadn't heard, there's a glitch where the game will occasionally freeze during a private dance in a strip club in Los Santos. I probably did 10 dances before it froze, but it still happened, sure enough.

The One and Only Angel Season 5 Thread

I've only got Buffy S1&2 and Angel S1 on DVD, but I've got everything except Bargaining and all of Angel S4 (which starts on Space this coming week, and I'll be taping) available in some form or another. I can watch along with you guys, but I'm not especially good at providing insight to the storylines.

TSN Clearned To Begin Airing TNA..

http://www.liveaudiowrestling.com/wo/news/...t.asp?aID=11582 --TNA Impact is in serious danger on TSN after the WWE found out the network was planning on running the shows on Mondays. Phil King of TSN was said to be mad that Scott D'Amore made the announcement on Joe Aiello's radio show in Winnipeg last week, although TSN put the story up on its own web site last week as well. They've since taken the story down. Carl DeMarco of WWE went ballistic when he found out, and it's said to be 50/50 whether the show will air or not. For the record, the story is still on the site, but I don't see it linked to anywhere.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

I don't really keep track of movies, and I watch them even less, so I didn't know much about Eternal Sunshine..., aside from a few people really liking it. Kind of like Lost in Translation. I ended up really liking both of them. They're both sweet, and touching, and ESotSM has the added bonus of being pretty weird. I really liked the effect in the bookstore, where Joel and Clementine were having a conversation, and slowly enough, all of the books started going blank. Made me think my mind was going funky, which was convenient, since that's what was happening to Joel.

    LOST

I watched the 4th episode again. Really didn't see the big swerve coming, which was great. I don't get nearly enough of that in the stuff I watch nowadays. I was curious about the focus on Locke's foot, and the appearance of the wheelchair to haul wood, earlier in the episode. There's also a few clues in the lunchroom dialogue. "On foot?", "You can't do any of that." (seemed like the boss was being a twat, not speaking literally), and the Everest amputee. Those were all nice, subtle touches. Bringing up that Locke maybe wasn't in the military kind of reminded me of "That ain't a shepherd." And not that it'll matter down the line, but this also makes his boss that much more of a douche, picking on the crippled guy. Shannon pulling a Jessica Lovejoy obviously helped establish her a little more as a spoiled bitch. I watched this week's Law & Order: SVU this morning, which had Maggie Grace (Shannon) as a guest star. She also played a Swedish foreign exchange student named Elke on Oliver Beene, which I would usually watch, when it was on. Anyone figure they'll try to get the actors to slim down a bit? It's only the 4th day, and there's been food around, but that ain't gonna last. I'm thinking Hurley, of course. Claire = MILF~! Finally, I made a new signature. Didn't really turn out how I wanted it, but when you suck at Photoshopping without Photoshop, them's the breaks. I think the tag line is clever, at least.
