  1. It was so bad in one thread a while back (either earlier this year or last year) that one poster said something along the lines of the quote box turning into a "monster" if it became any bigger. BTW, Fishyswa trying to prove that Masters is "over" without needing help getting over is sad.

    Smackdown VS Raw 2006

Remember when Yukes gave Batista in HCTP a russian legsweep, a full-nelson facebuster (Jericho's "Breakdown" finisher at one time in WWE when he was struggling to come up with a more credible finishing move that WWE would allow him to use than the stale Lionsault or the weak Walls of Jericho), and a hammerlock back suplex?

    Help with downloading Winamp...

I tried to download the latest Winamp twice yesterday and every time I opened the file, a message about the program having a virus always came up and I couldn't get the media player installed as a result. I downloaded it from download.com, BTW, so is there a non-virus download link of the Winamp media player so I can get it installed? It's the only thing compatible for .nsv files that I've been trying to download lately. Edit: I just read chirs3's problem with the Winamp program and because of Winamp possibly not being worth the download, I was wondering if there's a better program to download for .nsv files besides Winamp?

The One And Only Unforgiven Thread

I read something about that earlier, actually. Seeing as how Gibson still hasn't returned to WWE yet, though, you make a good point.

The One And Only Unforgiven Thread

Yeah, you're right. Aries held the belt from December 2004 to July of this year, I think. I'm just saying it suddenly went from Aries, who had held the belt for so long, to Punk (who was supposedly about to leave for WWE at the time, but turned heel and was a heel champion for a few shows until Gibson won the title from him), then the hot-shot title changes started since then.

The One And Only Unforgiven Thread

Then there's ROH.....but they've been hot-shotting with the ROH title in recent months. From Austin Aries to CM Punk. From CM Punk to James Gibson. From James Gibson to Bryan "American Dragon" Danielson, who has apparently just returned to ROH.

The One And Only Unforgiven Thread

Damn, another DQ title finish on PPV from what I've read. Triple J is the Champion once again, and Dixie Carter is back on good terms with him judging by what I read from her exclusive interview yesterday. "Jeff can get a good match out of anyone who isn't good. Jeff's blonde hair is so cute. I can listen to Jeff speak on the mic for 20 minutes and fall in love." Edit: By the way, that isn't exactly what Dixie Carter said, CBright. That's just me reading between the lines of her interview of what she basically said.

I didn't buy Unforgiven tonight because I thought the card sucked, but it actually sounds better than I expected.

    Smackdown VS Raw 2006

Fred Durst was actually in JBI. I never bought the game, though, because I read that there wasn't much improvement done to it from the previous two games. I did buy SYM and HCTP a while back, though, because I thought both of them were improvements in the Smackdown video game series over the previous three games.

    Smackdown VS Raw 2006

If anyone wanted to do that, they'd just create him and then beat the crap out of him. I wouldn't want an egotistical, no-talent, rap-metal whore with a red cap taking a roster spot in a video game away from a wrestler who deserves it more once again.

    NWA Championship News

Then, Mantel came along and shit like Lex Luger and Jeff Jarrett vs. Sting and AJ Styles (the match with Luger no-selling almost ALL of Styles' offense) and Jarrett's boring group with Don Callis in it were fed to any fan that still watched the weekly PPV's.

    Lengthy Dixie Carter Interview

One of these days, CarnivalizComing will hopefully see Jeff Jarrett for what he truly is much like RespectTheTaker did a few years ago with The Undertaker. Then again, CarnivalizComing has a gimmick of being Jarrett's "son", so that may never happen.

    Lengthy Dixie Carter Interview

With Jarrett winning Dixie Carter over in his favor along with the booking committee, Jarrett will once again be plastered all over Impact shows and burying challengers on PPV along the way, leading to many fans refusing to watch Impact on Spike TV. This will obviously result in low ratings and cause Spike TV to cancel Impact sometime later.

    Lengthy Dixie Carter Interview

This officially proves that TNA has gone back to sucking, and may not be around by next year.

Maybe Matt Hardy should be traded to the indy scene instead.

    Smackdown VS Raw 2006

Last night, I actually found out on another board that Kid Rock claims to "own the rights" to the song and won't hand it over to WWE for the 3rd year in a row for Smackdown video games. I'm aware that WWE is responsible for some of the themes not being in video games and only on TV, though. It's just that Yukes seems lazy with so many things in the Smackdown video games that it's hard to tell who's responsible.

    Smackdown VS Raw 2006

That's like the 3rd year in a row that a Smackdown game couldn't get Stacy Keibler's "Legs" theme by Kid Rock. Not that I find that important, and I don't like Kid Rock anyway, but it's almost like Yukes keeps being lazy on certain things. I hope the "introducing" glitch is fixed before the game comes out, or people aren't going to want to buy a game that plays like a beta version.

    NWA Championship News

The problem is that there have been other heels that TNA has paired up with Jarrett for no reason in the past: Hall, Nash, Kip James/The Outlaw/Billy Gunn, Monty Brown, Petey Williams (not really in a group with him, though, but working WITH him every once in a while), and Rhino.

    NWA Championship News

On the bright side, I'm glad AMW FINALLY turned heel, but being aligned with Jarrett is pointless and predictable. BTW, would you still look forward to the X-Division if Jarrett intefered and nailed half of them with a guitar every week so he could cut another 10 minute promo and argue with Mike Tenay like he always does?

    NWA Championship News

Now deciding between WWE or TNA is like choosing between being set on fire or getting your balls chopped off. Basically, TNA is no longer much of an alternative to WWE because of what happened in Windsor, Ontario, and for Spike approving of this shit.

    Ross Report for September 15th

Does Sam Houston anal-rape rookie wrestlers in the shower like JBL does, too?

    NWA Championship News

I immediately shouted "FUCK!" as soon as I read about Jarrett becoming the Champion for the millionth time. Seriously, TNA's back to sucking again because apparently: Jeff Jarrett has won the power struggle. I don't think I feel like tuning in to Spike TV's first TNA show anymore.

    Ross Report for September 15th

This made me giggle. Whatta bitch. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually, what I was thinking was, "Maybe you guys shouldn't all work the same style." <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I find clotheslines to be especially predictable during WWE-style tag team matches. Every time a hot tag is made, the wrestler does anywhere from 3-5 clotheslines in a row. The wrestlers probably wouldn't be doing so many clotheslines if it wasn't for the WWE style that Vince and everyone else tells them to adapt to, JR.
  24. How long does anyone think it'll be before Chris Sabin and other mid-carders get pissed over being phased out even more because of TNA's unnecessary attempt at a Women's Division in a one-hour slot on Spike TV?

CM Punk buried by HHH, Hayes, and HBK

I read that the ROH board (or Steve Corino, ironically enough) came up with that character and "predicted" that WWE would give CM Punk the "deaf" gimmick. Then again, WWE is the same promotion that still went ahead with debuting a Smackdown diva with a tumor on her face and saddled her with MNM for a short while for no reason.
