I've read a lot about that crowd section inside of WWE events for quite sometime now. Can anyone tell me where exactly it is? Possibly the section near the entrance? I'm really not sure.

What I don't get is that earlier on Smackdown last year, he was working over Rey Mysterio's arm and using armbars on him as well (Carlito still wasn't that impressive, though) but since getting drafted to Raw this year, he's been giving Shelton Benjamin some of the worst matches of his entire WWE career by throwing in chinlocks and doing cheap heel tactics through most of their matches. It's so bad that Benjamin's been damn near killing himself with high-risk moves lately in an attempt to not make his matches with Carlito completely suck, even though they still do.

So there's still hope that Matt Hardy and Edge will have a one-on-one match at Summerslam instead of a pointless tag match with Kane and Snitsky added to them, or is Matt Hardy and Kane vs. Edge and Snitsky considered one of the "top" matches?
-
I wonder how Piper would have EVER been classified as a Cruiserweight/Light-Heavyweight even when he was younger in his career? I've never thought he was that small/under 225 lbs. Another weird thing is a while back on my HCTP, the CPU had Hurricane beat Chris Benoit for the World Heavyweight title. I was thinking "WTF?!" for the rest of the day.

Oh, thanks. Did it get the name "nosebleed" because the higher someone sits under the ceiling, the more chance they have of bleeding from the nose due to the elevation? Or is that just a mere nickname for the section?
-
Holy shit, this year's Summerslam looks worse than last year's (which I wasn't able to see, but I read that the majority of the matches were shit on by the Canadian crowd for having too much WWE-style in them), in addition to TNA building up to one of their worst PPV's ever. August 2005 is shaping up to be the worst PPV month ever, that's for sure.

I probably won't be downloading anymore Impact shows on the Internet until Jarrett is out of the spotlight once again (whenever the hell that happens). This is just fucking sad.
-
"Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Dominick...." Animal and Heidenreich competing for the WWE Tag Team titles. Terrorist angles. Meh. Smackdown and Raw both don't look so great right now, to be honest with you.
-
I don't know what sounds worse: That or the fact that Jarrett is back in the World title picture. I know you were probably being sarcastic about the marriage storyline, but that's still not something to suggest to TNA.
-
Huh? The last time I read anything about her age, it said she was 38. Confusing.
-
It doesn't help that Christian has actually been boring in the ring for quite sometime now, so that automatically disqualifies him as a "good wrestler", but a resthold wrestler combined with a kick-and-chop wrestler definitely makes for one "ugly" match, like you said.
-
*snickers* They'll probably put in the fucking Honky Tonk Man and Hacksaw Jim Duggan for no reason.

It was more tolerable than the shit Cena does now as a face, though. "DIS' IS REAL, YAWW'LLLLL!!"

I think someone posted it from The Observer in the TNA forum a year ago about Juvi injuring Jerry Lynn.
-
Kind of, but Booker T hasn't really had a good match without someone having to carry him (Angle, Benoit, etc.) for quite sometime, so he deserves some of his criticism. I know that a rehash of Booker T-Christian matches doesn't sound too exciting, but the Animal and Heidenreich vs. MNM match might be even worse.
-
It seems like Juvi has been accidently injuring people in the last few years. Even though I read that this may not have been accidental since Juvi didn't apologize about it, but I know he gave Jerry Lynn a stinger in TNA from a 911 Juvi Driver just a year ago.

It may be too late to put them in now, unless THQ plans on pushing the release date back somewhat on SVR 2006. On a somewhat-related note, does anyone think that Paul London will FINALLY be in a WWE Smackdown video game for once if the Cruiserweight title is re-added to SVR 2006? I read that he's going to be in DOR 2, but I don't own a Gamecube.
-
I was just about to post that. It's amazing how WWE makes some wrestlers become really stupid over time.
-
WWE goes from terrorist angles to MNM making fun of Hawk's death. Wow. Just when you think WWE couldn't get any fucking lower...

Who deserves to be a World Champion but never has
Silence replied to zyn081's topic in General Wrestling
As long as WWE continues to have a hectic work schedule that AJ doesn't like, you're going to be hoping for that for quite sometime. I'd like to double echo RVD as WWE or World Heavyweight Champion, even though WWE should have struck while the iron was hot with RVD in 2001 or 2002. Too bad that in 2002, HHH politicked at his worst (with many others, too) and certainly killed RVD's momentum at Unforgiven. -
Benoit vs. Regal on Velocity sounds good (it really should have been on Smackdown, though), but Christian and Booker T feuding with each other again makes me feel like puking over how boring their matches were just two years ago on Raw. I hope MNM don't lose the titles to the odd pairing of Animal and Heidenreich at the GAB, or their momentum will be killed.

The Matt Striker you saw on Raw mostly works/worked 3PW shows, and only a few ROH shows. Matt Stryker, however, was the one with the unibrow that almost always worked ROH shows until sometime last year.
-
I remember that now that you brought it up. That was the match with HHH and Nash having most of the focus on themselves due to HHH's fake-looking sledgehammer shot to Nash with Jericho playing as a second fiddle heel to HHH.

Wow. A lot of WCW PPV's without the World Heavyweight Champions on them. I actually did watch WCW during those times and still forgot. I'm thinking Hogan's PPV-less reigns had something to do with politics, of course. Not sure about Goldberg, but he could have probably bitched about not wanting to defend the title at certain PPV's, too. I guess I should have said that until the report about Raven being off No Surrender was false, that it was the first time that the World Heavyweight Champion would not be allowed to wrestle on PPV because of a supposed "contractual" dispute.

Whew. I'm glad the worry's over.
