I didn't even see the search button on the forums. Did you use a search engine? I don't really feel like calling an ISP tech., although I might try to import the e-mail settings. Do I click on tools on my browser, Outlook Express, or Thunderbird? Edit: Never mind. I just imported the Outlook Express settings onto Thunderbird. So now that I've done that, is there a search option on Thunderbird like on Outlook Express or not?

Wow. I obviously haven't noticed that in my game because that's the first time I've read about anyone with HCTP having to face Stephanie in a match after calling someone else out. So it's not just Vince or Bischoff that you have to wrestle as far as authority figures go?

Good show, but Benoit STILL can't seem to win World Heavyweight title PPV matches without using a roll-up, and Eugene's going to get more focus than him on Raw tomorrow night because of his accidental chairshot to HHH.

Yeah, but most WWE wrestlers could have their attire changed by the time the game comes out, which is why I hope Yukes would include the edit-a-wrestler feature into Smackdown vs. Raw so I don't have to wait a whole year for the next game just for every wrestler to be updated, even though the chances of Yukes including the feature are obviously slim-to-none.

I'm not going through 198+ pages all day just to figure out what my Incoming and Outgoing Server names should be. I looked through some of the pages and I couldn't find the topic.

But doesn't it suck when you can't even update Benoit's tights from his early 2003 "Toothless Aggression" Smackdown tights on HCTP unless you want to waste CAW space by creating him?

I don't know about that. Yukes has gone through 5 Smackdowns and they still haven't included it like AKI did in the N64 wrestling games, which started with WCW Revenge (which was two years before the Smackdown series came about).

I can't wait to see Raven back this coming Wednesday, although I wish TNA could have just left Alex Shelley's "The Next" name alone and not rename him to something as stupid as "Baby Bear".

If something we see on WWE TV or a PPV sucks, we have the right to criticize it with reason, and the in-ring product SHOULD be an important factor in a wrestling promotion. Sports-entertainment became stale a long time ago, although there should be at least some simple and logical storylines to build to a feud in addition to a great match. Just because Matt Hardy said that the Lita/Kane/Matt pregnancy angle is getting a reaction, he never said WHICH reaction it is getting like AndrewTS said, which is obviously negative, because logically, pregnancy angles not only shouldn't ever happen in wrestling again since pregnancy deals more with real life, but also because they always turn out shitty, like Mae Young giving birth to a hand, for example.

Matt Hardy's obviously becoming another corporate puppet of Vince McMahon's. Just shut the fuck up, Matt, we're sick of all the smark-bashing.

That's good to hear, because my dad has Dish Network along with DirecTV. I guess I only had to miss one week of TNA PPV's, fortunately.

I think notJames already mentioned that, and I knew about the table method before it was posted here since I found out in SD: SYM a year ago, so I would assume that it would still work in HCTP, and it does. However, don't you just hate it whenever you wrestle someone like Tajiri in Season mode and all he does is kick you constantly when you run yourself into the table until sometime later on when he FINALLY throws you through it?

Other than the Heyman promo, the JBL match, and the ending of Smackdown (so the only way to make John Cena lose the title is to STRIP him of it??? He's almost as protected in WWE as Torrie Wilson and HHH at this rate), the 6-Man Cruiserweight and the Tag Team title matches made for a good Smackdown this week.

You're keeping Lesnar in Season mode? Usually whenever a wrestler in my game is injured in real life or leaves WWE, I take them out of Season mode just to keep up-to-date with current happenings in WWE. I have a lot of CAW's entered in Season mode, so it's not as lop-sided as it sounds on the Raw and Smackdown brands in my game. Do whatever you want, though.

Speaking of the Crossface, doesn't it seem like working over the arms is pointless whenever you wrestle as Benoit, since the move only affects the head in the game judging by the submission meter?

My apologies for the previous comment. I guess I overlooked the interviewer's comments while reading and was thinking about how shitty Red was in the Six-Man X-Division match from not too long ago on Impact. Plus, I'm still bitter over DirecTV dropping TNA PPV's so suddenly. (waiting for a "Yeah, right" comment) Kind of sad when the referee/interviewer doesn't know the name of the school that Red trained at.

Even if TNA starts airing monthly PPV's like WWE does in certain months, we don't know how long it will take for TNA to start airing their PPV's on DirecTV once again.

I don't think my dad will switch to it since he has both DirecTV and Dish Network. Isn't it odd how DirecTV has the most problems as far as continuing to air wrestling PPV's is concerned, since there were similar incidents with WWF No Mercy 2001 and WWF Royal Rumble 2002? I still think it might be the poor buyrates, though.

I'm guessing that it's because the buyrates weren't breaking even at only 5,000 buys. The only access I have to TNA now is through TNA Impact (as long as there aren't too many thunderstorms in my area to keep me from watching it, of course).

I remember back in October or November 2000 at high school in my freshman year when a Mexican boy at lunch said he didn't watch wrestling anymore because he thought it was "ghetto", and earlier in the semester, he talked like he watched WWE, but apparently he just stopped months later. The strange thing about it is that he was still on the wrestling team at my high school, but that's obviously different than WWE. You're right about the McMahons. They were just ALL OVER WWE TV back in 2000, and it continued into 2001, 2002, and 2003 with Vince and Stephanie, with Shane and Linda making rare appearances.

Since HHH beat Benoit tonight, I would hope that this means that Benoit retains the title at Vengeance, but since this is HHH we're talking about, I'm not sure yet.
