The problem is most of us saw that on the Backlash PPV.

If that's all he's limited to now, then he really won't be "inventing" any new moves anytime soon, will he?

The WWE Experience is basically the old Superstars show with two on-camera hosts (one of which is too hyper and the other is late-90's Michael Cole with Coach's voice), so I don't really care to watch it.

Kurt Angle & Dawn Marie Interview Highlights
Silence replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in The WWE Folder
Keep in mind that this is the same Angle who keeps coming back to the ring even after serious neck injuries. Not that Guerrero vs. Angle was a bad match, as I enjoyed it, but it wasn't a 5 star classic, either. -
Yeah, he still says "damn" so much like it's his official catchphrase or something.
-
Can you say Brock Lesnar? Though, to be fair, he did start wrestling better later on after Summerslam 2002. I don't think I could say the same for Horshu, though, since he's never been talented in his entire career.
-
You're exactly right. Why give Raven the title shot next week if he's going to fail again in fulfilling "his destiny" and have no build-up in the process? I guess Russo's starting to lose some steam because last night, the show really went down in quality.
-
Styles vs. Killings should have gone longer after restarting instead of restarting and then ending in a pin in 10-15 seconds. As for next week's show, I hope Raven vs. Styles can be even better than their previous match last year considering that Raven's singles matches haven't been that impressive in a while, though Styles shouldn't lose the title too soon.

Sadly enough, Orlando Jordan, who beat Kanyon so many times for some stupid reason before he was released, is now using Kanyon's Flatliner as his finisher on Velocity. Is WWE trying to rub salt into Kanyon's wounds?

*Snickers* The shitty shoot-fighting-meets-wrestling Japanese promotion vs. Sportz-entertainment. What sounds great about that?

I can't believe I forgot about that. TNA's new show would start airing in June, and I'll be out of school by then as well. I still don't agree with the timeslot, though, because there are some people who are probably working at their jobs around that time, too.
-
So Grisham's as bad as I thought he would be on commentary, then. Did he shill like JR (since he called JR the "Best play-by-play man in the business") or did he just sound like Michael Cole circa late 90's-2002/Mark Loyd/pre-heel Jonathan Coachman, etc.?

I'm allowed to leave school almost at 1:00 P.M. since I don't have another required class for the day in my last semester of high school, so the 3:00 P.M. eastern time doesn't bother me, though I still think the 3 P.M. time on Fridays is a bad idea since most people will be getting home from school around that time (however, I don't know of anyone else at my school who watches TNA since I've never heard them talk about it). I give this deal 1-2 months before the show gets canceled due to a bad timeslot.

Even with JBL's shitty performance, WWE will still probably blame Eddie for Judgment Day's possible low buyrate and have him lose the title at the next Smackdown PPV and keep JBL at main-event status just because he's a hoss. BTW, quit starting so many threads. London getting squashed at a house show along with being so underused (including jobbing in a dark match to an unknown) since arriving makes me wish he would pull a Spanky and go back to ROH considering the promotion no longer has Styles or Daniels and add some star power back to it (in terms of ROH popularity, anyway).

It also happened with Lynn and Red vs. XXX last year in one of their matches, I think.

I hate building up CAW's for a long time, too. It's boring when I have to go through Season mode for 2 years just to build up a CAW when I've already seen the storylines. I agree about the CAW attire process. The shirts that the in-game wrestlers wear should be in CAW mode so it won't take people as long to create certain wrestlers. Even with Smackdown: HCTP's flaws, I'd still rather play it than the poor No Mercy rip-off called WM XIX or the sub-par Raw 2. However, I also wish that AKI would go back to making future WWE games (especially on PS2 since they've done it with Def Jam: Vendetta) and improve on some things they couldn't include in their previous wrestling games since they've always had a better engine than Yukes.
-
I hope not. I hated getting my wrestler drafted from the original show to the other show in July or August all of a sudden.
-
[AndrewTS mode]Of course she will. Who HASN'T Torrie fallen for?[/AndrewTS mode off] Wrestling-wise, I don't think Cena vs. Dupree will be good, but hopefully watchable since Cena hasn't even been all that stale in the ring anymore (his raps have, though, and the "Deeze nuts!" shit has to go), and Dupree's not as bad as Grenier at least.
-
So Flair wants us to start calling female wrestlers like Victoria "good women" and Trish Stratus a "bad woman", a "jezebel", or an "evil bitch"? Because right now I'm laughing my ass off at how stupid those markish terms sound.
-
I'm glad Styles and Daniels got elevated tonight considering that TNA pulled them from working future ROH events not too long ago and gave them something in return.
-
Shitty Raw, and Benoit definitely doesn't need the Tag Team titles right now since there should be more focus on him being World Heavyweight Champion. Edge is starting to get to HHH 2002 levels of boredom IMO. His ringwork hasn't been that good since coming back, anyway. Not that he was great before, but what talent he had before his neck injury has seemingly faded.
-
I know. Remember the Raw after Wrestlemania? Instead of Benoit coming out at the start of the show to cut a promo on how he finally achieved success in his 18-year career by winning the World Heavyweight title, HHH came out, looked pissed at the crowd chanting "You tapped out!", and said how it was a fluke that Benoit beat him for the World Heavyweight title and that he would get it back soon (which he didn't last night).
-
The Triple Threat was OK, but I didn't think it compared to the WM match. Orton vs. Foley wasn't too bad for a hardcore match, though it mostly focused on weapon shots. Everything else was either decent or average. Not a bad Backlash this year, surprisingly.
-
Fortunately, Benoit retained, but I didn't think the match clicked well either.
