I was talking in generalzation about their three famous ones mostly. I was planning on watching the two matches on the Flair DVD this Saturday so I could actually have a real basis for my arguement.
-
I have lost all respect for you, pegasus.

I just want to know why Vader/Taker & Vader/Bossman would be listed. Vader is THE shit and Bossman 'n Taker were/are perfectly fine workers. What would make anyone think those matches would suck? Anyways, Goldberg/Ogawa from Hustle 1. Universo 2000/Perro Aguayo Jr. from CMLL on Galavision. Konnan/Perro Aguayo from AAA WWC.
-
Consider that a good portion of the matches are headlocks and arm work, yeah. Don't get me wrong, the matches were good, but they spent too much time just filling up time and not actually doing anything important to the story of the match.
-
An ACME concrete truck. Ok, they're not even trying anymore.
-
Heat>Velocity. The death of the cruisers and Jindrak, Gunn, Holly, and Spike getting the Velocity pushes is much worse than watching Venis, Stevie, and Cade with guest appearances by Orton, Benjamin, Hardy, and Batista.

London's on TV. Wait... who's the guy with the mohawk? Edit: Nevermind, It's Akio. And damn does London have to take a big bump everytime he gets off the B-show.
-
They were bad in the WWF, too. -=Mike Neither of them were in the WWF, though.
-
They weren't "horrible," but "boring" describes them pretty well. Flair's had better matches with Barry Windham and Steamboat's WM3 match with Savage is just as good.
-
Well, I was going to get the replay, but it sounds like the show sucked. According somebody on the DVDR boards, the mascarita sagrada was the original and not the awesome AAA version. Meltzer said it was suppossed to be the AAA version versus Mini Abismo Negro... which would have been awesome.
-
No. He also come off as if he thinks he's special because he knows the outcome of the match and he wants to show the big, bad rich guy how smart he is or something.
-
Yeah, what he said. Although, if it comes down to it (it better), I'll have to pick Eddie/Rey over it. 1)Austin vs Rock-WM 17 (24-7) 4)Bret vs Austin-WM 13 (24-7) 3)Rey vs Eddie-Halloween Havoc '97 (19-12) 2)Bret vs Austin survivor series 96 (24-7)

Bleh... another one of those fueds you wish would just go away but won't. It has dragged on a bit, but let's be honest - this is as compelling as AAA gets. This is probably the only Sportz Entertainment thing I've seen them do that has succeeded on any level. Okay... good point. Casas is awesome, but he's more about the brawling and mat work and couldn't do "X-Style". But, yeah... CMLL>>>>AAA. I love you. I would drive the hour and a half to Nashville every week just to see Santo wrestle.

Venis vs. Stevie was good until the ending. Next is Maven vs. (Insert Jobber Here).
-
I'd consider those as Booker's weakest points. Most of his offense revolves around weak looking kicks that even RVD does better, he's very bland in the ring and doesn't really have anything that sets him apart from anyone else on the roster, and most of his moves are sloppy looking.
-
What's with all the midget hate? Just becuase they're little, they must suck and be all SPORTZ ENTRERTAINMENT! and stuff? In Mexico, mini's are actually treated like regualr atheltes. Stereotypes aren't fun guys. Bleh... another one of those fueds you wish would just go away but won't. TNA tried to bring in Shocker and Negro Casas but they wouldn't work on a show with Konnan or something... dunno. I think Tenay may have connections with AAA or something.

It wasnt suppose to be a ***** match, it was suppose to be an epic blowoff with drama and all that. Say that again to yourself. How exactly does that make sense to you?
-
Other than Trips/Benoit, that card looks shit. Edit: Where is JBL? You can't build a guy up like that and just drop him off your second biggest PPV, can you? Especially when he's your #1 heel.
-
He is under contract to OVW... Last I heard, Alexis Laree was the one with a contract and he was just working for OWV without a contract so he could be with her.
-
They want you to order the replay and stuff!
-
Yeah-huh. Stevie put Val in some sort of chokehold and Val made it to the ropes.
-
I'm saying that the commercial break for the first match was abrupt (basically, not planned), and I missed a portion of the match because of that I think only the DirecTV version of the show is like that. If I remember correctly, everbody else got to see the entire match minus one commercial earlier in the match (after London gets knocked off the top onto the guardrail outside).

"Cause it was just a fucked up power bomb, like Brock's one on Holly back when.
-
AAA's minis rule the fucking world. If my girlfriend didn't have to work I would definately go to this show wednesday night just for them.... I may just go by myself. Anyways, the mini's are the only real reason to watch AAA on Galavison nowadays. They rock.

Well, there goes my $10.
