A friend informed that on Heat last night, there were build-ups for the 2 title matches shown. At GAB, they showed the Cena / Angle package, but it wasn't shown on PPV because it was the first match and a friend tells its not even an extra on the DVD. At the RR 03, I remember they did the same exact thing with Brock & Big Show. Any other instances you can remember of these leave offs?
