I noticed The Undertaker was not on the KOTR 93 card, anybody know the real and/or kayfabe reason? Was the kayfabe reason for Bigelow / Tatanka match at RR 94 because of Bigelow cutting Tatanka's sacred hair (I forgot why Bigelow did it to begin with) ? I remember seeing the incident happen on WWF Superstars. What were WCW and ECW's first PPVs?

Because they gave Jindrak a gimmick along with Theodore Long as his manager. That puts him miles above the new orange goblin Cade.

Yeah, that was pretty awful, although the Triple Threat CW match was pretty good followed by an improptu Kidman / Guerrero match. Everything else was terrible although seeing Goldberg get fucked out of the WCW title was the greatest thing to see happen for me as a former WCW fan.
