    ^ Hope this helps US Title: Scott Hall February 21st, 1999 Won the title at SuperBrawl 1999 in Oakland, California. He held the title for about a month before being stripped of the title. ---vacant--- March, 1999 WCW president Ric Flair stripped Hall of the title due to the fact that Hall was unable to compete due to personal problems. Scott Steiner April 11th, 1999 Won the title at the 1999 Spring Stampede in Tacoma, Washingston over Booker T in a tournament final. Scott was stripped of the title due to ingury two and a half months later. David Flair July 5th, 1999 Was awarded Big Poppa Pump's title by the WCW president and his father Ric Flair. He held the title for just over a month. Chris Benoit August 9th, 1999 Won the title on Nitro in Nampa, Idaho and held it for a month and a few days. Sid Vicious September 12th, 1999 Won the title at Fall Brawl 1999 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and held the title for just under a month and a half. Bill Goldberg (2) October 24th, 1999 Won the title at Halloween Havoc 1999 in Las Vegas, Nevada due to the match being stopped. He lost the title the following night. Bret Hart (4) October 25th, 1999 Won the title on Nitro in Phoniex, Arizona but quickly relinquished the title due to the fact that Kevin Nash and Scott Hall had interfered in his match. ---vacant--- October 28th, 1999 Bret Hart, Sid Vicious, Bill Goldberg and Scott Hall all had laid claim to being the champion. So after Hart gave up the title, a four way ladder match was set up for Thunder. Scott Hall (2) November 8th, 1999 Won the vacant title in a four way ladder match in Indianappolis, Indiana. He would be stripped of the title due to his knee ingury and inability to compete just under a month and a half later. Chris Benoit (2) December 19th, 1999 Was awarded the title at Starcade 1999 in Washington, D.C. and beat Jeff Jarrett in a ladder match to vindicate the award. He lost the title the following night. TV title: Scott Hall November 20th, 1999 Was a awarded the title when Rick Steiner was unable to defend his title against him in their scheduled Mayhem 1999 match. He relinquished the title just over a week later on Thunder dumping it in a garbage can in an effort to retire the title. ---Title Abandoned--- November 29th, 1999 Scott Hall and Kevin Nash dumped the World Television Title in a grabage can on Thunder in Denver, Colorado. In doing so he vacated and seemingly retired the title.
