Early 90s. Some Batman Cover. The Joker is shown with some cards in his hand, two of which have Batman and Robin on them individually (or maybe just Batman). The Joker also has this really evil smile (similar to the cover of when the Joker is taking pictures of Batgirl after he shot her) Any idea what issue I'm talking about?
