I don't think either of the tag titles will be defended at the PPV. Also Booker / Kane should be a match because of Spoiler (Highlight to Read): The Undertaker's return to set-up the WM match . It wouldn't be right if that happened during the Rumble itself.

If Goldberg / Lesnar is agreed to at WM, Brock's going to drop the title to somebody whether its Angle, Benoit, Eddie or somebody else. If Angle's going for the gold, he'll stay a face in case Brock's ME spot is open. If he's not, he'll turn heel I think just to add freshness.

Angle's turn all depends if Goldberg / Lesnar is gonna happen or not.

I agree Benoit's not the greatest actor, but I shouldn't say he can't pull it off. I predict the final four will come down to Benoit, Angle, Shitberg (if he enters), and of course Suckbag. John Cena will make a long lasting in the RR before getting eliminated. Anyway, HBK Vs. HHH should have a stipulation just to be different. Not a Street Fighter, not a Cage match, but something else since those have already been done. Holly / Lesnar could be fun with Hardcore Rules or No DQ applied. And I'm hoping Victoria / Molly makes it on the card.
