So basically, have the best chance of winning the Royal Rumble unless they go with the surprise winner ala Rey Mysterio.

That's what I'm hoping for and that's where they should go. It would be a lot more better as well as not done to death as Flair / HHH. HHH on the other hand can wrestle Mysterio, Kennedy, or JBL at Wrestlemania. All fresh and mostly excited potential high profile feuds.

I was really tempted to make a new thread about this, but what the heck. So I met Stone Cold Steve Austin earlier today at a scheduled meet and greet at a monster truck show in my hometown. He was so cool as he shook my hand, took a picture with me, signed my Wrestlemania 17 DVD cover and his Stone Cold Truth book. Before I left for the next people in line's turn, I asked him the million dollar question and that's if he would come out of retirement to wrestle Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania 24. He said and I quote: Then I asked about what if the result of the match was in his favor and he said it didn't matter if he was going to win, he still wouldn't do it. I knew Austin didn't like Hogan, but I was shocked that he felt that strongly about him (which my friends is PURE hate) and that he would be so direct about it in public. Its a damn shame, but I thought I would let everyone know not to keep your hopes up anymore. I've been able to officially confirm it with my own eyes and ears that Austin / Hogan will NEVER EVER happen.

I'd figured they'd put his last match against The Rock on there, but most likely that'll be on The Rock's new DVD. That's great to know almost all these matches are all new instead of rehashes from the WHAT? and Stone Cold Truth DVD releases. I think Angle got nixed because of his TNA involvement much like how his feud with HBK was deleted from Heartbreak and Triumph main program. I'm really glad the CDIH and SSeries 96 bouts FINALLY get the DVD treatment. Wow. I thought they never wrestled each other before! Sweet! It's great to know it happened at least once though!.

Exactly. You don't debut Spider-Man's greatest nemesis and then kill him off in the span of 15 fucking minutes out of the whole movie. Venom was a complete waste. Had Sandman remained the main movie villain, the film would've been so much better and Venom would have had all of Spider-Man 4 to be used in. Fuck Sam Raimi for his rushed conclusion bullshit!

Even weirder is knowing that Matt Hardy ended Kennedy's undefeated streak by beating him clean on TV (since Matt Hardy was still jobbing duty during that time. Well technically it was Eddie Guerrero who did it first, but that was a DQ). I don't think Kennedy got his win back from Version 1 either.

That Street Fighter cartoon was a LOL-athon. The best part was the last episode when Bison died by getting Sonic Boom'ed into the computer by Guile and then getting swallowed by electrical cables! I'm not joking.

Word. Having all the characters from Alpha and III would be great in addition to all the characters from II. I don't mind it being in 3D, but if you're going to make it in 3D, I mean go all the way. I feel like I'm watching Lake Placid again. So much hype for what the mystery monster is and then when its revealed, complete disappointment. Plus I'm not happy the whole film is going to be viewed through a camcorder (Blair Witch Project anybody?). Think I'll skip it, but if reviews are positive on here, then that might change my mind.
