Yeah, a friend got me the Collector's Edition of the Warrior DVD from FYE, he said it was the last one they had and apparantly its out of print now. From what I've seen, no. It just has the 3 matches, that's it. I really wish they had the Warrior / Slaughter Rumble match instead, I enjoyed that a lot. Overall, watching the DVD, I think WWE for the most part did a fair and balanced view on the Warrior. It basically confirmed what was only reported through dirt sheets back in the day about Warrior and his antics. Its kinda sad though to see that Warrior pretty much had his career and future set with WWE and only caused his own downfall through his massive ego. I mean yeah its a harsh business and you gotta look out for yourself, but you have to be somewhat of a team player in a way. I really got a kick out of the Promos part, I can't believe he actually said that stuff back then and it was televised!!! "Load the spaceship with the rocket fuel" and getting tramped by raging elephants (as Downhome mentioned), those promos are freaking classic. Oh yeah and Christian's impersonation was dead-on!!! I never did get why Warrior would almost never even mention the name of his opponent yet when talking about Hogan would say his name before AND after every sentence he said. I was kinda surprised that they shot down the Nailz rumor why Warrior left the 2nd time, it was one of those things I remember hearing back then and believing it. Was Bret stealing the spotlight from The British Bulldog after he lost the IC title to him and they hugged after the match? When 2 faces wrestle each other it is pretty common for something like that to happen after the match. Maybe not as much anymore but back when face vs face matches rarely happened it was very common to see them at least shake hands after the match Difference is Bret stayed in the ring and him and Davey were family. Since it was in Davey's hometown, I don't think the fans that were there would have cared too much if Bret left or not. I think what HTQ was getting at was that if you noticed during the end of Wrestlemania 6, the cameras wouldn't stop focusing so much on Hogan leaving and Monsoon would go on and on praising the Hulkster so yeah Hogan is to blame somwhat, but WWE could have handled it a lot better so yeah I do believe that did tarnish's Warrior glory right then and there. At least they knew how to fix it up with the Wrestlemania 12 ending.

Well, I was never a Christy fan or anything, but that sucks to hear.

1.) Seeing how WWE came out with the WM Anthology, would you guys buy a DVD Anthology Box Set of RR, SummerSlam, or SSeries? 2.) Seeing how Cena is still getting booed and that Batista is a huge guy better fit as a monster, should WWE turn both of them heel especially if they're heading into WM as the champs given the long reigns?

Its stuff like this that makes me think its HBK talking about things he did himself and just putting Bret's name in instead of his own. After several incidents of insulting each other backstage over the months, Shawn cut a promo on RAW during his feud with Hart where he basically accused of Bret, a married man, having an affair with Sunny. You don't like the guy? Fine, but don't bring that shit to the public. HBK is a douchebag for justifying what he did.

I'd have to agree with you, as much as I like Bret, he did really start the whole thing. Bret was always a morale man and felt Shawn's character as a player wasn't the kind to be championship material especially when potrayed as the good guy, but that's because Bret was always about family and trying to keep the WWF meant for kids before it went to the dark side. I was always bothered by Montreal because Vince insisted Bret job to his arch-nemesis in CN when he still had time left on his contract. It didn't have to happen, it was just Vince being a real douchebag so he can send Bret over to WCW as "damaged goods" after making him suffer a humilating loss. I'm going to pick up my copy tomorrow at FYE. I really wish they came with the Hitman shades, but I suppose I wouldn't mind having a Hitman beanie. Its cold as fuck outside.
