+ = the tag team of SnowStorm with potential outstanding matches and hiliarious promos / segments. I think it would work out great if WWE knew how to improve their tag division.

When I went to Raw in April, sitting near me were some HHH marks. First there was like a 16 year old girl who went crazy every time there was someone with long blond hair. She had an "I Love HHH" sign. During a backstage segment, Flair called HHH the best world champion of all time. So naturally I yelled out "Yeah only cause you're banging Stephanie". The girl gave me a look like "I can't believe you just said that about my man." Props to ya, never be afraid to speak your mind. And I enjoyed flipping that mofo off at the house show I went to. Flair pointed me out to him, the look on Trip's face: priceless. "Is there anyone in WCW that you don't like?" I can list at least a dozen guys from WCW I didn't like. Problem was WWE didn't bring a lot of those guys over. RVD vs. Kane match. We all cheered RVD. Kid says "RVD stands for very dumb retard." WTF? How old was this kid would you say? Anyway, it pissed me off how RVD wasn't getting cheered as much as Jeff was during their feud (at the house show I went to anyway which was 2 days before SummerSlam).

I know he was in Black Mask 2, haven't seen it though. Too bad Jet Li didn't reprise his role. What other movies has Rob been in?
-
I find the idea of Steiner / Nash in an Iron Match to be fucking hilarious.
-
Matt is on the verge of being the next U.S. Champion. If WWE doesn't screw it up, Benoit / Hardy has potential classic written all over it. Its the number one match I'm looking most forward to watching because both of these guys are some of my top faves on SD. Strangely enough, it was Jeff who won all the male titles EXCEPT the world title. Do you think Matt Hardy has what it takes to be a world champion and would fans/marks buy it?

Its weird knowing that 2001 would have been Austin / HHH (as a face?) feud the whole year and instead Vince pulled the Invasion idea right out of his ass at the last minute. Just weird that Invasion wasn't even suppose to happen...damn flukes.
-
I miss those days. Anyway, RVD can't really act. Why? Because he's really being himself. So when he cuts promos / is in segments, he's no actor. He's being the real Rob (can't pronounce / spell his real last name), but you know what I mean.

MY Era Idea: WWWF Era - Sammartino, Backland were around along with the other earlier guys fighting for the title. Classic WWF Era - Started when Hogan won the belt (01/24/84) New Generation Era - Started when Bret Hart won the world title (WMX) Attitude Era - Started when Austin first won the world title. (WMXIV) McMahon / Helmsley Era - Started Armageddon '99, (paused during HHH's 2001 absence went back to Attitude during that point) resumed when HHH returned, ended WMXVIII. Brand Extension / WWE Era - Started when the Draft happened, still going... Would Invasion into Alliance, a five month angle, really considered an era though?
-
I remember it now. Good match, as usual from both of them. Well, actually wouldn't his last match in 2002 have been against Brock Lesnar?
-
"Walking Tall" stars the Rock...in a western. How weird is that? Anyway, since the Rock has said over and over, that he's beaten everybody, I think a WM match between him and HBK should happen. Its never been done before and they're both popular. Rock Vs. Michaels = potential classic. What was his last match in early 2002? I remember him being on SD a few times before just being suddenly gone a few weeks heading into Backlash.
-
I agree. He came in first ala 1995. The only difference was that he was the first guy out. That made me laugh the whole night after. I could have sworn RVD and Edge were on the list. Not sure about Booker though.

Zack Gowen, if the guy wants to wrestle, let him wrestle, its what he's wanted to do. I feel bad for him, the guy lost his leg. He couldn't help it and has had to deal with it during his life. Yes, he's handicapped, but he's not total shit out of luck. And if he can wrestle good (yes, he'll need his plastic leg to help him out with applying more moves), that's even better. Isn't that what you want to see from him? I'm enjoying the storyline although Hogan shouldn't have been a prick and left Zack on his own. (You'd figure Hogan would have been the one to help Zack actually get his "contract" at the end of the match.) The only problem is the Gowen / McMahon takes up way too much attention on SD and I can see why the SD locker room moral is low. And I thought it was complete idiocy for them to book Gowen / McMahon for A PPV? Most people don't want to shell out $35 to see that shit, but then again, any time that Vince McMahon / Big Show get beat up is good time, but not a rookie.

HHH tears quad Benoit breaks neck WCW invades ECW invades Alliance forms WWE / Alliance fueds Alliance dies HHH comes back I don't get it other than HHH used to work for WCW. : S
-
So you're telling me just because of HHH's health, he is the entire reason we got the Alliance angle in the first place?!!
-
Okay, so Austin turned heel, him and HHH are best buddies. Jericho and Benoit are the top faces. No injuries occured, WCW/ECW were bought out?. What was supposed to happen angle wise from June to November? KOTR to Survivor Series? If you know that info...
-
I always wondered what nWo would have done had Nash not torn his quad. It was great HBK had joined. I mean had Steiner joined sooner, had Hall not been fired, had they gotten more members. I could just imagine nWo running amuck in WWE like they did in WCW. To me, that would have cool.
-
So you're telling me The Rock was supposed to win at RR last year? And I always wondered what Jericho did to become the UDC. Granted, of course he's a great worker with the total package, but he carried the title all the way to WM. You'd figure the buyouts would have increased had Rock or Austin beaten Jericho the previous months so Rock Vs. HHH or Austin Vs. HHH would have headlined WM XVIII instead.
-
What I'm trying to say is when an original plan / match is about to take place and then shit happens so they're forced to change it? Do you love it or hate it? And people will always wonder what could have been... Famous Flukes and Changes: - Bob Backland getting a rematch with Iron Shiek, but couldn't do it because his back was fucked up. Hogan gets stuck in and wins the title therefore Hulkamania being born. - Flair / Hogan didn't happen at WM VIII because of the steroid trial We get Savage / Flair, Sid / Hogan instead. - HHH supposed to winning KOTR 96, but was prevented from doing show because of the Klique incident. Austin wins it instead. - Bret Hart / Shawn Michaels WM ME rematch didn't happen because HBK didn't want to job back to Bret. We get Sid / Taker instead and the classic Austin/Hart Submission Match. - Nash / HHH supposed to be happening at SS because HHH was NOT going to join the nwo, but didn't happen because the lumbering tree finally fell down. We get HHH / HBK instead. List more. I guess.
-
Interesting. Thanks a lot. It also would have been cool if Benoit won the KOR main event and then jumped to the Alliance. Austin doing it was just...dumb.
-
No way, I'm full of Mattitude. It just wouldn't be very Mattitudish if we denied the truth, would it?
-
I'm pretty sure HHH was supposed to return at Vengeance. Even in the game storyline of SD:SYM, he came back and beat up the winner of the main event. So if this was the case, HHH would have beaten up Y2J after he won the UDC?
-
Maven's response when Rico pulled out his room keys during their bout on RAW week before last. >_< Anyway, Steiner acting > Test acting Steiner trying to act like he was crying = classic, award-winning material Test trying to act like he was crying = pathetic, why did you even try?
-
^ That would have been cool and more believable.
-
I remember him being on the Vengeance promo, obviously that was his original return date, but... 1.) What was he going to do at the PPV? 2.) Why did he no show? And I'm pretty sure had he not been injured, he would have been part of Team WWF (instead of Big Show being on the team) during the Invasion PPV and the Winner Take All ME at Survivor Series.
-
True, but neither of them were clean from what I remember, but that's Undertaker for ya...
