This pisses me off more than anything. RVD hits Triple H with a hundred kicks and every single move in his arsenal, yet Triple H hits one DDT on the steel entrance ramp and he can put him out. Are we supposed to think that Triple H is a god or something? Hmm… Maybe that is the answer to my question…

Yeah, this probably didn't deserve a new topic, but... oh well...

I know that the main feud at SS 95 was Diesel and Mabel, with Mabel having various "royal plans" to weaken Diesel enough to get the title from him. On the Monday Night Raw before SS, British Bulldog came down to the ring during an interview with Diesel, conducted by Vince. Bulldog said that his partner Lex Luger was injured and unable to wrestle against Mabel and Moe that night, so he asked Diesel to fill his place, and Diesel said yes. At the end of the match, British Bulldog turned on Diesel, and he and Mabel beat him down. During the segment a half hour before SS, Jim Ross said that he couldn't get any comment from either Lex or Jim Cornette. What ever happened between Diesel and British Bulldog? And what about Lex Luger?

Was that the nutcase who shook the referees hands before matches but then had that move whree he grabbed their opponent's face and shook like he was having a seizure? And were the Hardys really in the WWF way back then? I thought they debuted later on... Who the hell is Dick Togo?

I see all the points you guys are making, but I still say that this is just exploiting the poor kid. It's going to continue to be this way until he either finally starts wrestling and we see what all the hype is about or they stop pushing him and just let him wrestle without emphasizing the fact that he only has one leg.

Maybe this is a little bit of an obvious question, but why does the WWE focus so much on bringing back old talent just for a big pop when, not only do many of them not belong in a ring anymore (Hogan, Piper, even Flair at this point), but when they do wrestle, they end up in cheesy punching matches that end with a huge finisher that lost its luster years ago? It's great to see Flair back I guess, because at least he adds something to the matches, but come on now! Hogan wrestling has been a joke ever since Hulkamania ended, and Piper just needs to give it up and retire all ready. WWE needs to get its act together and focus on pushing the wrestlers who are coming up now, and will ideally be main-eventing within the next year or so, as opposed to dragging another wrestler out of retirement for the sake of bringing back a few fans who will get bored and stop watching within a few weeks anyway. Vince has lost his mind, and the writers are obviously not doing their jobs. WWE has so much talent, but the "WWE style" of wrestling is becoming nothing more than a bunch of boring, badly acted skits and glorified fistfights. Wow, maybe that was a little bit too long and preachy, but... I guess my focus is still there... sort of...

Well, what is going to be about then? Didn't he all ready write an autobiography? I didn't know he suddenly became an accomplished author...

A few days ago, I saw an episode of "Walker, Texas Ranger" where Piper plays "Cody 'The Crusader' Conway," gets an anuerysm and is told not to wrestle, has to defend his child as his wife avoids death after seeing her boss kill someone, and then eventually wrestles again after reconciling with his wife and kid after abandoning them to further his wrestling career. He has a relapse during a match he wasn't even supposed to be wrestling in and nearly dies, but at the very end, wakes up in his hospital bed, and at this point, I guess it's safe to assume that not only does he survive, but he was able to get someone who the FBI had been after for years in jail within a few days. How touching... Sorry for the irrelevance, anyway... Thank God Ultimo Dragon is coming, or else this would be nothing more than another waste of two hours...

I don't think the point as to do so much with pushing Kane as it does with getting back ratings, and trying (very, very desperately) to have something to get people to sit and watch. Right now, they could take the unmasked Kane into some pretty interesting and complex angles, but as it is now, they'll either have Kane run away because he was humiliated or just make him come back as someone else, totally wasting any potential that the whole situation has. I don't see the connection that Triple H needed there, but then again, if he's not involved then he's not happy, so there really was no choice but to get him involved with Kane again solely for the sake of putting emphasis on the unmasking angle. (Hell, they got me to wait a week and tune in again...)

Personally, I thought Diesel was a pretty cool character, due to the fact that he was really powerful, and was the antithesis to Bret Hart, making their matches pretty interesting by contrasting the new generation and the old generation, and giving lots of longevity to a feud that could have gone stale rather quickly if it had involved anyone else. I have no comment on Paul Wight because he's never been more than wasted potential to me but... Diesel was the original bad-ass to me... then again maybe it was because I was younger at the time and looked up to them like they were gods amongst men.

Who in the hell decided that Mabel deserved that kind of push anyways? He's like a second-rate Yokozuna...

Ruined an entire card? Which card are you talking about? I'm sure you're talking about his lovely title match with Diesel at Summerslam '95...
