It's definitely an acquired taste. I'm just hoping that future SD undercard matches can be as good as recent matches. It definitely helps with guys like Eddie, Rey, RVD, and even Booker are on the show.

It's better, but only by a slight margin. There is a bit of an aura of unpredictability, and JBL's promos are more entertaining. The only way one would know if they enjoy it more is if they watch it and judge for themselves. I'd go out on a limb and guess that if you stopped watching 3 months ago, nothing on the show now will do anything for you.

I don't expect Cena to win the Rumble if it ends up with him having a ME slot with Taker at WM XXI. Undertaker would never want to lose his streak. I'm sure he wouldn't mind giving Cena the rub, but I'm positive he wouldn't do it at WM.

My friend was backstage at the recent Smackdown! show taped from the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island and he took a few pictures of some of the wrestlers. It's notable that RVD had on a somewhat formal shirt while John Cena was dressed "in character" in his jersey. He also told me that undertaker was walking around backstage in jeans and a Harley Davidson t-shirt, but he wasn't booked on the show because he had to leave the arena that night for some sort of emergency. If I can find where he put the pictures online, I can edit them into the post later.

It's definitely a tough issue but I think in the long run it'll keep WWE associated with things that are better in image. Of course it could not be productive at all and simply be one more waste of time.

John Cena gets stripped of the belt for no reason and Booker T gets handed the belt and flukes a win in an eight-way elimination match to retain (earn) the strap. He shouldn't even have the belt in the first place!

I'd love to see Eugene show how he's not really special and insult the people for being so gullible. If that turns Triple H face in the process, I guess it wouldn't be so bad.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Cena just because of their history.

The more strongly rumored match is Benoit Vs. Orton. We don't need a huge Evolution takes on the world feud to carry all of Raw's SummerSlam matches.

Too much of a good thing is definitely a bad thing in the case of the chest chopping/ shoving/ submission "mini-games." If they keep the occurences of these events low enough so that they don't disturb the flow of the match, they'll be welcome and definitely turn up the realism by 200%. I hope they fix the physics because the game engine right now moves WAY too fast if they're trying to represent the real life WWE as closely as possible

I don't expect him to get much ring time, if any at all. He'll probably just be involved in the finish, screwing Guerrero out of a victory. I hope he's able to work some more dates and gear up for his big SummerSlam match so that's it's the best match it can possibly be considering both he and Eddie are injured.

I was at the show in Providence, and I think you guys will be pleasantly surprised with the quality of the matches. The crowd was insanely hot all night long.

I also agree. She definitely showed her intensity and made you believe her "take no more shit" attitude. I'm glad she's finally taking a stand, and I'm also glad she's found a role that she's actually comfortable in, allowing her to work well within its bounds.

Well when the WWE tells you they're running late and you only have 6 minutes there's not too much you can get indepth on. I thought his comment on Foley no longer being one of the boys was surprising, especially from a guy that hangs with HHH all the time. I was talking about news items in terms of info. The interview itself was very well-done and really sold me on the Flair book.

That'd be wonderful. Then again this is the WWE. They could care less which of their teams has the tag straps (i.e. La Resistance on Raw). The belts are just showpieces, and on Smackdown, they're even more worthless than usual thanks to the fact that Smackdown is and always will be Smackdown.
