Amended. UT: "I'm not feeling it." In that case, I'd want an Shawn Michaels-style belt forfeitting (sans Razor Ramon, of course.) Tears would be necessary. And he has to tell you about his lost smile.

Only belt I'd spend 2500 bucks on the Million dollar belt.

I like Edge laying in bed, staring at Flair, still holding the belt.

I don't trust anyone with the same first name as the last name.

Nicholls State University- Received two degrees there. The nearest "major" university to me is LSU and Tulane. Tulane is actually closer. I am very Anti-LSU for personal reasons and I wouldn't call myself a Tulane fan as I'll never go there. This leaves a host of Sun Belt, Wac, Swac, and rival Southland schools. When I evacuated for Katrina, to Texas, I bought a Longhorns shirt so I wouldn't look like a tourist. Next thing you know they win a National Championship. I'm not really a fan eitherway of them either though. All in all I think I'm just a fan of College football for the sport and no particular team. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's a good question- Do you pursue a Masters degree at your Alma Mater's rival? There's a few Southland Conference schools I'm looking at for my M.A. in either Political Science or History (my two fields).

Hmmm.... I wonder what the rest of the board is doing.

I always pictured God as having a beard and not holding up the \m/ sign, but that's just me. What would happen if they drop the crystal football?

This is the greatest bowl game in the history of bowl games.

I wonder if there's a way to get N.O. to draft Leinart and Young and use them both. Great game. I love this.

Ok, I'm going to call in sick so I can play.

Local 911 agency (the emergency # not some federal terrorist commission like a professor thought).

Can't drink on the job... though I can watch football.

How many games has he won recently, though? If you want to discount this year because of all the external factors, fine, but how successful have the Saints been under him? I'm sure he wanted out as much as they wanted to make a change, and I think it's a good idea for both parties. You're right. Wins have been elusive, but I feel his hands were tied talent wise. I really feel in my heart that Benson was holding something over his head to keep him from getting great players. If I were to assume he is sane, any sane person would have benched Brooks in 02 for Delhomme. He didn't and Saints did not make the playoffs. It's been suggested that he did not want to hurt Aaron's feelings. I just feel like he was given explicit instructions not to bench Brooks. I've more than once entertained the idea that Benson was behaving very similar to the Rachel Phelps character in the Major League movies. This year gave credit to that theory, Benson trying to move the team. Why did we draft a fantastic quarterback, and then sit him third string behind Bouman who's better days were in college at Division II St. Cloud State? Brooks is the only quarterback I've seen fumble in the manner he does. I've actually stood with a football and had my friends run at me as I throw it, just to see if it flys backwards out of my hand with no contact. I'm not even a quarterback, and I had the ball go forward everytime. The point of my drivel is I feel this is just another case of the Coach getting undue blame. Add on the fact that I'm VERY biased towards Jim Haslett, and that's why I feel the way I do. I got to talk to him twice at "meet and greets" and he just seemed very happy to be here. He fielded questions from some of the stupidest locals (and we're talking South Louisiana here folks, to give you an idea of what we're dealing with). He was asked the same questions multiple times, and he never once lost his cool, or got flustered. He took time to talk to each fan, sign things, and just was overall VERY receptive. Football fans, whichever team gets him, you're going to get a GREAT coach. I offer my advanced congratulations on the acquisition. I have nothing but love and respect for the man. It was a great five years.

Bad move by the Saints. Coach Haslett is a true class act and very fan friendly. He's a good represenative of the team and our record this year was no reflection of Haslett. I can see him going the route of Jake Delhomme and taking a team deep into the playoffs next season. And if the Saints cannot find a taker for Brooks, just cut him and bring in either a veteran or draft Matt Leinart.

Is that a hearing aide or earwax in Vince's ear?

"I see, I see" said the blind man. Thanks for the clarification there.

So is Cena turning heel?

When I worked in the mall, this guy would frequently come to my store with his family and buy from me frequently. One Sunday morning, I'm reading the paper, and his picture was in the "I'm a pervert" section of the classifieds. I didn't see him in the mall anymore after that. This was quite a few years ago now. I seen him in the grocery store last week. I didn't go talk to him because I figured I'd some how or another say something stupid like "How's the family?" or "How have you been?" or "How much of an age difference was there?"

Stalin really had a grandfather type appearance to him. I always had a hard time looking at pictures and accepting he was an evil bastard. Oh well.

Well I hope he's ok. At least he can afford the medical bills.

Her ass looks like mine, minus the hair and zits.

In the book Forrest Gump, he can do complex physics problems. But he's still retarded.

At the LSU homecoming game against Troy State in 2004, LSU was struggling against their Sun Belt opponent. Behind me, a conversation was going on. College guy 1: Dude I thought you said we were going to kill these guys? College guy 2: I thought we would, I played them on NCAA the other day and beat them 45-10!
