Also have a High school card of him (front row or some other offbrand company) lying around that may increase over the 1.50 price guide.. lol Glad the Sox won, now we can focus on the other cursed team winning.

Just got in from the LSU game. It was closer than it should have been. Troy State was leading in the fourth quarter before Randall threw a touchdown. It was incredible seeing little ole' Troy, who used to be a conference foe in Southland when I was still a student, hold their own against LSU. (I was in the middle of the student section due to a hook up from a friend and was not about to say my thoughts out loud).

You're an EWU fan? I graduated from Nicholls state (The team EWU played in week 1) and I go to all the home games and usually will take a road trip to a close away game (no more than a 6 hour drive). Nicholls beat #9 Northwestern State last night 40-14. We also beat EWU, who is ranked. We're 4-3 right now, so if we manage to take conference, we'll see you guys in the playoffs Best of luck to you

That was a fumble, but whatever. I'm a fan of upsets and watching top teams lose. So that about sums up my thoughts on this game (and the USC game).

Man, I was high on O'Sullivan during preseason too. He had a great season in NFL Europe, and just looked promising. Maybe McKenzie can finally plug the leaky New Orleans defense. Watching them lose to the Cardinals, while it angered me, it did not surprise me. Nothing surprises me anymore with the Saints. Heck, two years ago they were doing above average, and looking to secure a playoff spot and then they sputtered against the 1-13 Bengals. And yet I still cheer for them. What the heck? And I hope Favre is ok after the New York game. (both physically and mentally)

I'm torn. I'm really not an LSU fan, but everyone around me is. If USC loses, LSU goes up in the polls. For my sister's birthday, I'm bringing her to an LSU game (october) and it'd be nice to see that they are really playing for something. Gah, sooo confused. Regardless, it's time for FOOTBALL!!!!!

Um...kay I dunno how the NFC would feel about the Bengals.....maybe the AFC that they play in would have something to say about it. Ugh! My bad. Total brain fart. Posted while working, my night job, half asleep, not thinking clearly, in between phone calls. I'm rooting for Jacksonville in the AFC for the purpose of a former class mate being there. I also look for the Bengals to do well. As far as an NFC team goes, I think Detroit will surprise some people, though not anyone here as there seems to be a reoccuring theme of Lions support here.

I learned the definition of the word "Conspicuous" though never the correct spelling. I know I learned other words, but cannot think of them offhand. I learned that the adverb "Very" can indeed modify the noun "Ring" despite the grammatical rule of "adverbs modify verbs, adjectives and other adverbs."

Walmart's service is terrible in my area. If you want something that is locked up in the little window thing, you are not buying it because there is no service. All the mom and pop shops here are better service. I loathe going to walmart locally. There is a walmart in a neighboring town, 15 miles away that isn't as terrible, but it is really not worth the 15 mile drive. So Target has turned into my store of choice.

Eagles also lost Duce Staley so, uh yeah, they will have ground difficulties. As far as a Dark Horse team, AFC I hope Jacksonville does well since they drafted a guy from my small college in the fifth round. NFC I would like to see the Bengals do well. I'm still torn b/t home state Saints and the Panthers with Home state QB Jake Delhomme, for the 2nd year in a row.

I just MIGHT look at getting the away jersey (that's the one with predominant white, correct?). I'm not sure yet. I wouldn't wear it obviously, but would pick it up as a keepsake.

I live in LA and that's all that was on the news today. Glad to see justice served. I will say though, he seems to laid back to be a killer. I don't know that I believe he's guilty on all counts. I believed it in this case, and others with concrete DNA, but yeah, I'm just thinking they are trying to brush multiple crimes under the carpet and peg it on one sicko to save face.

I have been living in Louisiana my whole life and a parade route passes right in front of my street, totally over saturating me with the stuff, consequenlty making me hate it. My advise, skip it, it is annoying and over rated. You can see just as much sin at a night club.

I felt like torturing myself today, so I googled Giant Gonzales for no apparent reason. After sifting through pages of Gonzales hate, I seen this site that I figured just matched the words "Giant" and "Gonzales" and therefore turned up in my results. I clicked anyway.... ... I fell over laughing. This site is very simple. But the simplicity of it is what makes it so funny. I keep replaying the bit over and over. Considering battery is when someone gets hit and assault is when the suspect either threatens, or misses, this should be thrown out of court.

In my personal opinion, I didn't like her because the role she played in the feud between Davey Boy vs. Shawn Micheals a few years back. The story was that Shawn made a pass on her backstage while Davey Boy was in the ring. There was this spot in the ring where she goes "Shawn I know you want me" and Shawn says "Please, do not flatter yourself" and she slaps him and he retorts "Well at least we know who where's the pants in the Smith family" and Davey lost his cool on that one, fight ensued, etc... I see her as basically rivaling good ole Mrs. McMahon in the acting department. She didn't really add anything other than a lame reason for a feud. Now as far as behind the scenes actions, you got me on that one.

The string quartet at first made me chuckle, but as I think about it, that is a really, really fantastic idea. Well if you know people because it can get really expensive. I know people. I am just single
