I just read the article. It sounds very campy and the guards appear to be far too admiring of him, but it does show him as a narcissistic egomaniac and judging from his speaches with roaches and lmice, he has other psychological disorders as well.

Unless Benoit wins it at Mania it won't mean jack shit. No one is going to care if he wins the title at one of their third-string ppv's just because it's in his hometown. Backlash is not Wrestlemania. 20 years from now are they going to remember WMXX? Yes. Will they remember Backlack 2004? Hell no. HBK is playing the tweener because it lets him weasel into the title picture without losing having to officially turn heel.

It was not a good show at all, and the Benoit/Flair match shows that Flair needs to retire now. I actually liked the HHH promo (politics aside), though knowing that the Kliq still has influence disturbs me. HBK made Benoit look weak.

I have difficulty believing that, considering both RVD and Kane were left off the show last year in favor of Nathan Jones. ..... .....yeah, that Nathan Jones. I would normally not believe it at all, but this is the most hyped WM ever (like every year). Seriously though, this year I do believe he'll be on the show, Lance Storm too.

The only way this will be salvaged is if they go the WMX route and Benoit play the role of Bret Hart.

They'll cram as many people as they can into WM, and that includes RVD.
