This is getting interesting. Nice to see Wes has an inner Ripper. I actually LIKED Harmony this week, for the first time in a while. Angel and Spike co-existing is great. Nice to see them work together. It's gonna suck not having a new episode for five weeks. Fuck the WB.

Awsome news. I lent my Firefly dvd's to a friend along with Angel seasons 1-3. Hopefully, she'll enjoy it as well.

Ok, so I just bought Stargate season 5, and in a pure genius moment, EVERY episode has comentary with either cast or crew. And the commentaries are genuinely ENTERTAINING. This is how Buffy and Angel should have been done.

I believe the episode in question was either "Wild at Heart" or "New Moon Rising." And I'm thinking about getting Angel season 4 in region 2, since I found that the DVD player program I got can change regions. What do you all think?

It's Kermit's big opening number! Aw, forget it. Yeah, sucks about UPN. But it makes sense froma fiscal standpoint. Suere, they'd get Angel for two years if they picked it up, and they'd gain it's audience (for the most part, for some places still don't get it.) But after two years, then what? The show would be over, UPN has NOTHING else that would interest Angel's fanbase, whgich would leave again (much like Buffy's fans left, I'm betting.) And they'd be in the financial hole. If it had started on UPN, they would have probably renewed the show. But as Buffy showed them, after five years, it's not worth picking up. On the bright side, there is always the possibility of an Angel movie on WB, which would rock. Especially if they tied it into Buffy again.

This would make sense if I knew what the hell "Rainbow Connection" was.. My god man, haven't you ever seen "The Muppet Movie"?

Two more tidbits- Alysson Hannigan is taking time off of "When Harry Met Sally" in March for unknown reasons. Current speculation says that she will pop up n the final episode (or thereabouts) of Angel. interesting that everybody BUT Buffy might show up.

Good news for buffy fans.. According to Buffy.nu So for everybody who was complaining that it wasn't on the seaon 5 disk, there it is. I am asuming that it will be on the region 1 release, since 1 and 2 are usually the same for the most part. also from Buffy.nu:

Then I strongly suggest you go get seasons 2 and 3 on DVD. They are far, FAR better than season 1.

In cannon, Vampires were never real demons, which is why other demons consider them inferior.

I never gave my favorites list. I'll get around to it sometime. This is one of the few shows that I watch over and over. I can't wait for the impending movie.

What about the nazi demons in Hero? Weren't they supposed to be "true" demons? Some demons didn't leave our world or die before man came. Some stayed and "evolved" (or de-evolved, however you look at it) into more humanoid forms. which would explain why they looked all patched together I believe they were "pure" demons, as in they were demons who never got together with humans, like some did.

Bad news Angel fans: from the SpoilerSlayer.com: and from TheWB.com: so, first they piss off the fans by canceling it, then they pissus off some more by airing repeats of Smallville for over a month. BRILLIANT! Fuck the WB.

One thing I've noticed- Some random character and Lorne are in a room. Character starts to sing, Lorne see's their bad intentions. Ho many times can they repeat this spot? And the robo-ninjas episode WAS good, I'll admit.

Rudo, this season is good, but it's no season 4 of Angel or season 5 of Buffy. So far this sason we've had Karate action Harmony, U-666, the Muppets from Hell (although those are starting to grow on me) and Robo-ninjas. There have been excellent episodes as we,, but this season is lacking in quality, and I blame the WB for imposing those dumb-ass rules on Joss.

I used to watch that show all of the time, and especially liked it durung the few weeks it was in with a trilogy of shows (Profiler, The Pretender, and another show whose name escapes me- kinda like The 6th Sense). I'd pick up the DVD's if they weren't $100 a season.

Since I'm to lazy to read the Bible (and I'm Jewish), I'm going to see it tomorrow. Tell you what I thought of it if I don't get sent to hell or something.

That would be one of those WB things. I rmember reading that the WB brass told Joss to do two things: 1) cut down on the season-long story ars and have more stand alone episodes and 2)Angel shouldn't vamp out. These are two reasons that I'm GLAD WB canceled Angel, because it really did cut down on the wuality of the show.

I'm boycotting. Only because I plan on getting Smallville on DVD, hardly watch it before Angel now, and come next year it will be the only show on the network that I would watch.
