I think Nolan is only doing one more (with Two-Face). But I think they can use a couple of the more far-out-there villians. The current incarnation of the Penguin could beleivably be pulled off (the debonair, yet short club owner that caters to the underworld). Poison Ivy could be done more simplisticly as a woman who uses chemiclay-infused products to seduce and kill, and who is also a eco-terrorist of sorts. They can do the Black Mask, they can do Scarface (but only as a comic relief, 5-minute cameo type villian. Guys like Clayface, Mr. Freeze, and Killer Crock probably wont be seeing the big screen though, I agree. Something I would like to see is Oracle- but the only way I think we would see that is if they cut out her whole background as Batgirl.

You know, they did shoot extra stuff for OoTP that wasn't even included as deleted scenes- a more indepth Snapes Worst Memory, and posibly the attack on McGonagall. I wonder if they'll be including missings scenes for all the movies in the inevitable 7 (er, 8) movie collector's edition they'll release after DH pt 2 is released on DVD.

From seattlepi.com I have Vista and I hate it. It came preloaded onto my new laptop, which really doesn't come with the hardware to run it properly. And I get contant Com Surrogate errors that I'm not sure what's causing it. At least we can still get XP from bit torrent...

They already did, though it is impossible to find now adays. It's called "This is My Yard", and it goes though his early WCW days to his time as the Underbiker. It was actually a very good DVD, and I'm sorry I got rid of it. It's ridiculously rare like a few of the late 2001, early 2002 releases. It's a decent DVD for that era (I found it for $10), but it goes for $30 on Amazon Marketplace or Half.com, and can be just as much on auction at eBay. Not worth it for that price, but if you can find it used for $10 or less, it's worth it. Speaking of rarer DVDs, I found the two-disc version of the Ultimate Warrior DVD at my local Gamestop for $2. There's a 2-disk Ultimate Warrior? What's on disk 2?

I'm sure Vista's fine on a computer that can truly handle it- but it shouldn't have come pre=loaded onto laptops period. Most just can't handle it.

Some people just want it all.

I LIKED Batman Forever. My only gripe was Tommy Lee Jones was too over the top as Dent.

Wait for the DVD. you know they'll release the 'Specail R-Rated Director's Cut' ala Live Freen and Die Hard (or Pearl Harbor)

Actually, they did kill one of the villians off in Batman Begins, but it was Ras Al'Guhl, so he could always come back anyway. I dave to say, though, that I agree they should stop killing off the villians. I hated that in the original Batman films, and I hate it even more now.

Finally read Runaways 30, and despite that I was completely lost in the story (why were they fighting? Who was the new little kid? What's with Willow?) I thought it was a solid book. One thing I was aprehensive about was the preview of the cover of the new Runaways 1- dear god, I hope the art in the book isn't as bad as the cover, because the cover looks like shit. And speaking of subpar art and Runaways, the Runaways/Young Avengers Secret Invasion book is out. Good story, sub-par art, but hey- it's Young Avengers.

I wouldn't mind if they brought in Robin, as long as they did it well. Perhaps if they skipped past Dick and went straight to Tim Drake? He's a more realistic character for these films.

Soemthing I caught upon watching it agin- the college reporter who catches the Hulk on his camera phone? Jack McGee.

Marvel would have to buy the rights back from Sony (I believe) for that to work, and I don't see them parting with such a cash cow for anything.

WHERE'S THE CAT?! Seriously, I loved Casino Royale and I can't wait for this one. Definately gonna see it in theaters.

And the prophecy was explained, in a fashion- Harry heard it in the Department of Mysteries, shortly before old Lucy and the gang showed up.

But Shatner himeslf brought his character back to life in his novels.

I liked it too, but my cousin said it was boring. I mean sure, it didn't have major actino set pieces every twenty minutes like Goblet, but I wouldn't say it was a boring movie...

I say he looses it at GAB. Too bad I can't get Smackdown. I'd love to watch this weeks show.
-
Well, how about this...
-
I disagree- Veno was excellently done, but shittly used.

Not at all. Sandman left on good terms with no real reason for vengance against Spider-Man, and Doc Ock is dead. Plus, look how well three villians worked in Spider-Man 3.....

I know she's not dead. It's just that she's been a favorite character of mine since I got into Comics, even when I didn't read books with her. She's the only character I wen't out of my way for to get her first mini-series (actually bought it off of ebay). I think it's more of the principle of the thing. Astonishing is like two years behind all of the other books. Whedon, despite being a brilliant writer, can't make a deadline with Marvel to save his life, and I don't think they should have allowed him to write her out if he couldn't be a more reliable author. Still, I can see Marvel using her return either as a tie-in to the Invasion, or possibly as a continuation of the whole Emperor Vulcan deal.

I wonder- if JR didn't know about his move, did Cole know?
