If you go to Mugglenet.com, they also got previes for the DVD in Quicktime, RealPlayer, and Windows Media Player format. Certainly looks like a lot of extras, though I would have liked a commentary track.

I thought Vince just bought the Von Erichs tape library.

From Mugglenet.com: GOF DVD coming March 7th! Warner Brothers Home Video has today confirmed that Goblet of Fire will be released to DVD on March 7th. The film will be available as a single-disc, a two-disc special edition, and as part of a collector's set of the first four films. Retail prices are set as $19.95 for the single-disc, $22.95 for the double-disc and $73.92 for the four film set. A PSP version will also be released, priced at $22.95. DVD features include: * Additional Scenes * An interview with Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson * Cast and Crew Interviews * Preparing for the Yule Ball featurette * Triwizard Tournament Challenges (Dragon, Lake and Maze) * Triwizard Tournament and Voldemort features * DVD-ROM: Hogwarts Timeline, Magical Trading Cards and Game Demo Here's the cover art: Single Disk: Double Disk: Box Set with all four movies: This continues a rather disturbing trend in recent DVD releases, which I believe started with 'A Series of Unfortunate Events', and carried on in movies like 'Batman Begins'and 'Charlie and The Chocolate Factory'. Hollywood is starting to realize that they can make more money by releasing a bare-bones DVD for the cheapskates, and what used to be a standard two-dis edition with extras for those of us who like that sort of thing. It seems odd that they are doing this now, after years of normaly including the second desk for free. But aside from all of that, I look forard to getting the two disk set and adding it to my collection.

That's...odd. I've seen commercials for this, and I'm thinking of checking it out.

Arogance. The Humans thought they were smarter than the Cylons, and Baltar's new system (which almost the entire fleet was running, minus the older fighters, I think) was supposed to keep the Cylons from breaching the network. I beleive there was an episode in early season 2 that demonstrated what would happen if the Galactica networked it's computers. Actually, they survived because the oler fighters (And Galactica) did not have a networked computer system. It may be that Cain figured that out, and downgraded her systems. Makes you wonder why newer ships were allowed to be networked in the first place.

The ojne''s that stand out for me are- Eddies return to Raw, where he showed RVD how to REALLY do the Frog Splash. Paul Heyman takes over commentary. I had little knowledge of who he was at the time, but it was a shock to not see King there. Eric Bischoff debuts and gives Vince a hug. Flair style's and Profiles onto Raw, interupting the Vince-Angle lovefest. Undertaker returns at Judgement Day and costs Rock the title, albeit accidently. Shane shows up on Raw, then gets stunned two seconds later. Saddly, the debut of the Radicalz didn't mean anything to me at the time, because I had just started watching wrestling again for the 1st time since the 80's, so I didn't even know who they were. Funnily enough, I though Saturn would be the break-out star of the group at the time.

One and Only Star Wars Geekiness Thread
Anakin Flair replied to Black Lushus's topic in Television & Film
This is a bit sketchy, since I haven't read that far in yet, but- Durring the Yuzzahn Vong (sp?) war, Anakin Solo and a group of Jedi (including siblings JAina and Jacen Solo) head off to a mission to Myrkr (again, spelling) to gain intell on a Jedi-killing super-monster the Vong have created. In that mission Anakin is killed along with a couple of other Jedi, and JAcen is presumed killed (his Force-signature was blocked by Verger, who took him under his wing at the orders of the Vong and did a whole evil-Yoda training deal). The loss of her friends, and her brothers, pushed JAina over the edge and, for a little while she wen't to the Dark Side. How she was brought back, though, I have no clue. -
I like how upfront Adama was- "I want you to pull out your weapon, and shoot her in the head." Brilliant.

I saw the trailers for this movie, and at first thought it was going to be for a new National Lampoons movie. When the PREVIEWS are corny as hell, you know the movie is goign to suck hard.

I'd like to read or see that story, actually. Sounds interesting.
