I agree with you on that. And the day that Apocalypse (or Sinister, to a smaller degree) makes it into the movies will be the day I give up on this series.

The girl with Bobby is allegedly Kitty Pryde, AKA Shadowcat. And can I just that, dear GOD, almost all of you people so goddamn fucking negative about this movie just because Brett Ratner is directing instead of Bryan Singer. Singer left to do Supes, Ratner got the nod, GET OVER IT.

Just got back from it, and it was amazing. I never read the books, so I went in blind, for once. Personally, I can't wait for the DVD now so I can add it to my collection.

That's funny, I don't remember Emma Watson being in that movie at all. Emily Watson was, however, and she was brilliant. How weird is that? Ralph Fiennes has acted in moves with both 'Watson' girls. Oh, and Apocalypse will never, NEVER make it to the movies. His charactr is to convoluted with too much backstory to be put into the movies without seriously compromising him. And as for Archangle, he was slated to be in X2, with Stryker being responsible for his wings (in the lab where Wolverine and Lady Deathstrike fight, on the x-ray wall, there are x-ray images of Archangles wings). This little thing was cut out, though.

Mine, too. Has any writer ever tried to make him anything more than uncorruptible do-gooder? In any case, I like Cyclops, too. TONS of writers have made him more than an unccoruptable do-gooder. He housed the essence of Apocalypse once. He married Madalyn Pryor because she looked like JEan, had a child with her, then LEFT her to to back to Jean, not even bothering to tell Maddie (she found out by seeing them toggether on the news). Hell, Even Whedon has given him an edge in his X-books. IT's just the fact that the cartoon made him out to be an uncorruptible do-gooder, and a lot of the great comic witers did as well during hte boon years, that the lable just sticks wiht him. Also, for a bad-ass Cyclops, check out the Ultimate X-Men books.

Man, you guys are all so negative about this... Best looks fine. He looks better than he does in the comics, that's for damn sure. Of course they changed Juggernauts outfit. Who's costume haven't they changed. Granted, it looks like shit, but I wasn't expecting the old maroon outfit. As for a lakc of plot- this is only the TEASER trailer. A full trailer will show much more of what's going on. HAve a little faith, guys! A lot could happen between now and May that will celar things up!
