If Bischoff didn't want that kind of champ, then he shouldn't have drafted him.

No Downhome, I like this as well.

Anybody else catch the fact taht they used 'The Final Fight' from Buffy for that intro video?
-
I want to see a Piper DVD. Meanwhile, I'll look forward to the Bret, Jake, and Warrior ones.

Read into that what you will....

It wasn't so much that they were trying to be mean, it was the fact that it was a GIANT SPIDER THAT TRIED TO EAT THEM (well, Ron and Harry, anyways...), plus the fact that they didn't want to risk getting in trouble being caught out after hours. But I will admit that Hagrid did play a very small role in this book, smaller than ever before.

The One and Only Buffy & Angel Thread
Anakin Flair replied to The Dames's topic in Television & Film
I read on Buffy.ne recently that the Spike movie we all heard about a while ago was going to be released directly to DVD sometime in the near future. Rejoice, all! -
THAT is something I didn't need to see

I just want to say that I really like Coacj on the commentary. He really spices things up.

And Carlito still sucks. The first night I can watch all of Raw in a year, and I get THIS schmuck? Hey, WWE- he ain't the Rock. Give it up.

Damn. Now all of you got me thinking that perhaps Snape ISN'T evil. Man, I can't wait for the next book....
-
Oh. That I ddi not know. After finishing the book, I have to say that it could only have benefited from being longer. The one thing that was sorely lacking in this book was develpoment of relationships- even Ron/Hermione seemed a bit rushed. And I don't like how Harry got together with Ginny, only to break it off for her own good (though I don't think she'll stand for that...) Othta than that small compalint, this was an excellent book, and I am eagerly awaiting the last one. Of course, I'll probably be waiting untill 2007...
-
um... the book has 652 pages in it. You might want to return your copy and get one with the whole story in it.

sort-a spoiler- I got to wonder if Rowling gave in to the pressures of the fans when she finally put Harry And Ginny together. Not that I'm complaining, as I like the pairing.

Weird Thoughts You Had Reading WWE News and Notes
Anakin Flair replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in The WWE Folder
Trips is to overexposed. I'm glad he took a break from TV. Does anybody think that, perhaps, HHH is finally learning that he doesn't need to win constantly to retain his heat? That he can win once, loose three timnes, and still be as over as he was before? -
I'll save my theories untill after I read the book, but that just doesn't make sense in a lot of ways. Of course, in other ways, it makes perfect sense...

That brings up an intersting question- where will it take place on earth? I forget where it was in the cartoon, but where could they do it in a live action movie? New York is played, London wouldn't be right since the bombings... how about San Fransisco? All those hills would be great for a car chase (and Starscream flying wetween the buildings).
-
Well, if that's true, that would shock the hell out of me. Guess I'll find out tomorrow night.

One and Only Star Wars Geekiness Thread
Anakin Flair replied to Black Lushus's topic in Television & Film
I always thought they dropped the ball on the frist three by only having Carrie Fisher from the cast on the commentary. They should have had Hamil and Ford as well. That "to-be-determined" music video is probably a new version of 'Battle of the Heros'. Incidently, Lance Storm gave his two cents on Ep. 3 on his website, and stated that Maul should have stayed around throughout the three movies, instead of killing him off and bringing in Dooku. This has probably been debated already here, but what do you all think? Should Maul have stuck around, or should Dooku been introduced in the first movie, or what? -
I'm getting my copy midnight tomorrow, after ordering it months ago. I am HYPED for this book.

Walwart has great prices on WWE DVD's, when they have them. The Road Warriors DVD was going for $18, whereas it was going for $30 at Suncoast.
