First off, Eric S. is an American. Second off, the same shit happened when Eric S. made a remark about Barbara Olson after 911 (this shit got him kicked off of TheSmarks). I used to read Eric S. all the time (not so much anymore) and while I don't agree with some of the stuff he says, I recognize his right to say it under the 1st amendment. He's stated long go that he'd have things to say about Regan when he passed. Now, I liked some of the things Regan did, didn't like the rest. I'm sorry he's dead, though I'm glad his suffering is over. But I'm not going to get upset over coments made by a writer on a wrestling news site. Take a pill and get over it.

I always figured that they made there way to a medical center, got taken care of, than held a memorial service for everybody they lost. But that happened after the show ended, so we never saw it.

On a lark, I decided to pop this in my old VCR. This has always been a sentimental favorite of mine. (Inspector Gadget was my nickname in high school). As I was watching it, I couldn't help but notice how some of the humor, while funny for small kids, took on a totally new dimension now that I'm older. After a few years, I can still say I like the movie, though I didn't like how they made Claw so visible (Rupert Everett was great in the over-the-top way) and how the kick-ass car of the cartoon was changed to the comedic sidekick. And of course Michelle Trachtenberg was great as penny. What are your thoughts?

Also, someone had to die because it was unrealistic for the Scoobies to go into battle and not loose anybody. The reason they didn't kill Faith was because at the time, there was still a chance to do a Faith spin-off. Wood was kept alive to partner with Faith, I believe. None of the core gang could die, as it would negate the ending somewhat (Buffy finally finding happiness), although the end of Angel knid of makes you wonder why Giles or Xander couldn't die. And I wish to amend my earlier statement- Anyanka is now worse than Marney.

I am starting to think you didn't watch too hard. Remeber the WHOLE speech with Andrew right before they had the wheel chair fight in the hospital? That was it. That was the peak of her character. That speech gave definition to her entire character. That speech is what makes her death understandable and acceptable as her end. I know you didn't like it, but she came to the point where that is how Anya wanted to die. My favorite thing about Anya's death is that Andrew lies to Xander about how it happened. After all the times they told him to stop telling stories...he finally figured out how to tell one in good nature. I thought he finally told the truth- she did go out saving his life, by holding off most of the bringers and Ubervamps.

Back in my freshman ans sophomore years, I wor a greay trenchcoat and fedora, hence the nickname. (I was also nicknamed Grimdyana Bones due to that hat). And I agree the cartoon was greater than the movie. But for what it was, the movie was enjoyable. (Though I hated how they cut out scenes that were shown in the previews due to content.)
