It did publish, but since you don't have it no worries. I checked on bit torrent- and I found it. It will take a few days, though- I'm increasing my Star Wars comics by 11.50 gigs to get it.

So far, this game has frozen up on me twice and I got stuckin a pile of rubble once, causing me to restart my 360. Also, I've noticed the graphics are a bit choppy. It's a fun game, but I agree- we need some patches stat.
