Add me to the list of those excited about this. The trailer is very good. The only thing that jumps out at me as award attention getting is Harris though. Oh and Ben already has an Oscar.

NFL Week 6: The Bills Could Not Pay Their Way To A Win
4hartthreat replied to Nate's topic in Sports
I think the interesting thing about this game is that it is the week before the Pats play the Colts. Do they get caught looking ahead? -
This week completely sucked. This episode epitomizes when South Park goes bad. Trey and Matt are so full of themselves at this point that they have no right to criticize others for being that way. The Bono stuff was retarded and unfunny. And I actually liked the "emmy award winning series" stuff until the payoff where they said "it's about damn time you give us an emmy, we've fucking deserved one forever, now here's what we think of your stupid award." Like I said, so full of themselves. Last week was good, this week exact opposite. Here's hoping next week gets back on track.

Sorry Ravenbomb, but there is no way Mortensen wins the Oscar for this movie. And I loved the performance. It just isn't going to happen.

Don't listen to Mik. He contradicts himself in his own post. No, it is not seven straight days.

Did I miss something, what exactly was the "twist" ending to Invasion?
-
No, they made it very clear on Raw that night that if Bret walked out with the title, that it would be Bret-Austin at WM for the title.

I think this is interesting: Rey Mysterio: The Biggest Little Man Relive some of the Rey Mysterio’s classic rivalries with Superstars like Eddie Guerrero, Kurt Angle, Mark Henry, Randy Orton, JBL, and Chris Benoit. Also, Rey Mysterio: The Biggest Little Man will showcase some of the high-flying Superstar’s most memorable tag team matches with partners RVD, Eddie Guerrero and Batista. link

Extras is awesome. I just started watching it and it is hilarious. The episodes with Radcliff and Patrick Stewart being the highlights of what I've seen so far.

If I could determine the outcome in one category, I would choose supporting actress in a comedy and the winner would be Perkins. She is SOOOOOOO perfect as Celia on Weeds. That show didn't get enough love from the emmys.

I'm looking forward to this. I don't know what to expect though. But I can be added to the list of people who think the "spider-pig" moment in the trailer is hilarious. The song and the look on Marge's face are priceless. That's the clip that has given me hope and raised my anticipation for this film. I'm glad we're finally getting a Simpson's movie.

Wwe.com is running a poll right now on what menu item you'd order at JR's new bbq place. What's winning? Yep, the cross face chicken wings..... -
Oh I know that F911 was absolutely an exception to the rule. I guess I didn't realize it was on less than 500 screens. The way the movie is being hyped and talked about on every show, I figured it would have a wider release. Not 911 numbers, but at least a wide release. So that's why I thought 4.5 million would be considered disappointing. But knowing now that it was on less than 500 screens makes it a better looking number.

Is that a disappointing opening for Sicko? I would think that it is.

The OAO Tribute to Chris Benoit Raw Thread.
4hartthreat replied to UseTheSledgehammerUh's topic in The WWE Folder
I was there live for this ladder match vs. Jericho. In fact, I can be seen quite visibly sitting in about the 4th row on the floor throughout this match and the rest of that ppv. So in a way, I feel like I'm a very small part of this Benoit tribute show. I think that's really cool and I'm really glad about that. -
Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

This is absolutely unreal. This really, really sucks. R.I.P. Chris -
I saw it last week. I enjoyed it overall, but I honestly can't recommend it. I was the only one in the theater that liked it. And again, even that was barely. Everyone else was very vocally letting it be known that they hated it. The previews are very misleading. It is in no way a horror movie. It's actually a character study. A good performance from Ashley Judd is what keeps this from going completely overboard. If I were you, I'd wait for DVD.

What is this Goldust talk? I must have missed this story.

I prefer the other poster where he is sitting in a waiting room surrounded by skeletons.

I was glad and amazed to see Taylor back. I'm even more amazed that they actually managed to write a single for him that works.
-
I'm intrigued by those ideas for the next season. As for this season, I have to say that my favorite character was Lennox. I thought he was such a well written character. I still laugh when I think about his "No Karen, I tripped over your ineptitude" line. I'll miss him next season. I wonder if this new setting will bring about the return of Chase? Maybe whatever he has moved on to, Jack can do as well.

Hmm, I think they are trying to job Blake with that song choice. Simon may have done some damage control. We'll have to see how Jordin handles this single first.
-
Carrie was most definately not under the radar. She was the chosen one from the start of the season, and the judges let you know it. How can someone that Simon declares the winner at mid-season and basically says is "better than Kelly" be under the radar? The only thing I can think of is that you just weren't a fan and thus seriously underestimated her. But there is no doubt that Carrie was the most obvious winner in the show's history and probably will remain that.

It was a fantastic performance, but it wasn't even close to being enough to catch him up to Carrie. She was given the title on day one. Half way through the season Simon declared her the winner and said she would sell more albums than any previous idol before her. There was no way she wasn't winning. She never even made an appearance in the bottom 3 if I recall correctly.
