No love for Marvin Harrison?

Pittsburgh will host the Thursday opening game. The defending SB champ gets that game. But maybe T.O. vs. McNabb and Garcia can be the Monday night game that week.

How did you and that apparently mentally challenged and/or drunk kid manage to get so close to the living legend Mickey Loomis!?!?! He must have been inbetween bodyguards. I hear he has to keep firing them because they keep leaking vital Saints' organization information. That kind of info is very valuable on the open market you know. What vitamin really wanted to ask, and what I'm sure everyone else is dying to know as well, did Mickey give you an update on his attempt to procure that long sought after date with Brett Favre for him?

Oh and the Falcons have added Safety Lawyer Milloy as reported by espn.com.
-
Were you in the room when Fox Sports attained this information? I find it hard to believe the Jets or Falcons organizations would let this precious information get out. The sports world as we know it might end if teams talked to people about deals before they were done. In the future please stick to information acquired on a first-hand basis. Ok so... you present a QUESTIONABLE source, "my dad's friend", and while I defended that, you proceed to rip down a REPUTABLE source, which would be a news site/channel. You deserve all the rips you get. It was clearly a joke. Thank you though for your defense.

Hahahaha. He's the GM of the New Orleans Saints. We aren't exactly talking about the Yankees or the Red Sox or even your beloved Packers here. To borrow a phrase often used on PTI, 99.9% of all New Orleanians wouldn't know Mickey Loomis if he walked up to them wearing a sign that said "Hi, I'm Mickey Loomis." Oh, I completely understand why someone might take my post with a grain of salt, but again, you didn't have to be a dick about it. But I guess instead of hurling "middle-school level" insults at you, I should have resorted to mature, completely original jabs like your gut-busting "hey guys, my friend's doctor's etc. said blah blah blah!" Man, where ever did you come up with that gem??? I think they are done meeting for the day, but if you'd like when they have another meeting I can see if he'll talk to Loomis about hooking you up with that date with Favre. Surely Favre wouldn't turn down a request from Mickey "sports legend" Loomis. But when you go down on him, I'd be careful because if he shoots his load with anywhere near the same accuracy that he's throwing passes these days, he'll end up hitting your mom's face instead of yours.

Just because your over-the-hill quarterback is finally getting his ass out of the nfl and taking his 20+ interceptions a year with him is no reason for you to be an asshole. Mickey Loomis isn't exactly some big sports figure who it would be impossible to have a converation with. He has a relative that plays for the Tulane baseball team and my dad's friend's son plays for Tulane, so they know each other from going to watch the games, and they had a discussion about it at a game. I didn't say it was definately happening, I just said that he said that was what they were looking at trying to do right now. Now why don't you see if your friend's dad's barber's doctor's uncle's nephew's cousin can hook you up on date with Favre, because if you don't get the chance to suck his cock now, pretty soon you'll have to come all the way down to Mississippi to get another chance.

The Jets would move up two spots, and thus, the Saints would fall back two spots.
-
My dad's friend talked to Mickey Loomis, the GM of the Saints, yesterday and he said they are in serious talks with the Jets about the Jets getting the 2nd pick. The deal being discussed is apparently swapping of first round picks and Vilma to the Saints. And as of this moment, the Saints are targeting Mario Williams with their first pick.

Why would you cry when meeting an artist whose songs you don't even know? And not everyone cried, just those who looked up to Stevie or was at least a fan of his. My point is, the girl is fake. I wasn't convinced of it before last night, but now I am.

I noticed something about Kellie last night that I thought was interesting. She plays her persona so well, that I wasn't really sure if it was all an act or not, and was honestly leaning towards it not being one. But if you look at the footage of her last night when they get surprised by Stevie Wonder joining in on their practice session, she wipes tears out of her eyes. But then when it is her turn to sing and they show her video package, she says she has never even really heard of Stevie before this week. So she either lied about not knowing who he was, or faked crying when he came into the room.

It was a joke. An obvious joke at that. The only reason it has picked up any steam is that the Brokebackers out there latch on to ANYTHING that discounts Crash's win.

You people need to leave Will alone! The kid has a good voice, he just (other than Lady) hasn't done a good job with his song selection. As for who is going tonight, I think Bucky and Kevin are heading home for the men. For the women I think Kinnik is gone for sure, and the other could be Melissa, but I have this really bad feeling that Ayla could be the other girl leaving and that would be a real shame because I think she is one of the best girls, she just had an off week.
-
Well I think 4 boys are on the chopping block tonight. As I have said before, I really like Will, but I do think he is one of the guys that could go. I love James Taylor, but he needs something stronger than that to assure himself a spot in the top 12. Kevin is obviously vunerable as he was in the bottom 3 last week. The only thing he has going for him is the likeability factor. He'd better work it extra hard tonight. I think Gedeon is also expendable at this point. If he performs as well as he did last week, he will probably be fine though. Then there is Bucky. He isn't even listed on your song selection list Rudo, but I think it is safe to assume it's something country. I think Bucky is the most likely to go. He isn't very good, and he has the same "aw shucks" personality as Kellie, but where she comes off as cute, he comes off as being retarded.
-
I agree 100%. Those two should be the next guys to go. And I guess I am the only one here who really likes Will. I liked him going into the top 24 even though they showed very little of him, and I like him even more after this week. I thought he did great with "Lady."

Eric was one of the best heels on the roster. I guess that meant it was only a matter of time before tHHHis HHHappened to HHHim.....

Sunny days indeed...

I don't think there is any question that Benoit injured him, and man did that spot ever look painful. OUCH

Doube posted, so I'll jut use this second box for another comment. If these two Nasty Boys matches make it this high on your list of GREATEST matches of the nwa/wcw, are you absolutely SURE you can't do an ecw list??? Because if you get off on these matches so much, I would think ecw would be a breeze....
-
Not one but TWO Nasty Boys matches ahead of eddy/rey? You've lost your mind. And I really like both of these matches. I saw them when they happened and it was something that I had never seen before. That being said, they are just well done garbage matches and should not be anywhere near this high on a list of anything except maybe 100 greatest garbage matches....

Yes, give us burgertime!

Sway has the "look" going for him. Not like Ace, but I still expect Sway to go far. I love watching Taylor trying to do his best impression of Jamie Foxx doing Ray Charles. Yeah, I thought "Sway" was awful last night, but the second I saw him come out I knew unless he royally fucked up he would be around for at least another week. If it was up to me he would be gone this week, but I fully expect him to stick around.

There was definately negative heat for the Benoit-Malenko match, but I don't let that hurt a match in my eyes. This is one of my favorite matches and it (and along with, of course, Rey-Eddy from Havoc 97) would have been higher up on my list.
