Contact the seller and ask for a replacement. Amazon.com guarantees all shipments must be up to par, even those made with those sellers. It happened to me when I bought the WM2000 DVD a while back, this guy only shipped the second disc. I contacted him and he shipped the first disc right away.

So let me recap: - Good/very good opener with Rey & Eddie winning the Tag Belts. - Very decent performance by smark-loved Paul London, which most likely gives him a CW Title shot at Mania, where he hopefully wins. - Very good Cena vs Angle match with clean ending, no interference by the smark-hated HBK. - Somewhat clever ending for the WWE Title match. Cliched bump (depending on who you ask), but a fun beatdown at the end with everyone's new favorite, DAVE. And some guys here are calling it worst PPV since the split??

Highly impressed with that opening, only a million shy of the top spot. Many here predicted doom for the Keanu movie, but with bad reviews and all I believe it safe to say it's not a bomb, although I don't know how much it cost to make. Edit: Nevermind, I just saw it cost $100 million. Still, pretty good opening, let's see if the movie gets its money back.

Star Wars Episode III teaser description w/ poster
pochorenella replied to pochorenella's topic in Television & Film
Here are some images of possible posters for the movie. The Vader one looks excellent. I've seen an EpIII poster on some theaters, where Anakin's cape kinda flows into Vader's helmet, but that one is not shown here. http://www.millenniumfalcon.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=3048 -

They did. They were let go around the time of the Invasion, IIRC, along with Spanky and Bryan Danielson (American Dragon). Some of them came back, it seems.

I have all of those DVDs except Brock's and HOF, although I've seen both of them. Brock's is pretty blah, specially the main feature. IIRC matches include his Title win vs Rock (good match), vs Angle (WMXIX very good), vs Big Show (the ring collapses from after a superplex, excellent visual, good match) and maybe a couple more. I'd say vs Hogan but I may be mistaking it with the SSlam DVD. DDDVD is the ONLY place I buy my WWE DVDs now, except the RVD one which up until last week they didn't have. I bought that one from Amazon.com for $17.49 and got it before street date. The Steel Cage Matches DVD is a must-buy. Whenever it is available on DDDVD go GET IT.

Hey, I was there, too! Congrats on getting Mick Foley's autograph. I was two people away from getting it but they took him away and out came Raven. Still good, but let's face it, he's no Mick Foley. I also saw the Jerry Lynn match vs this unknown (definitely not Essa Rios), so I was one of those chanting E-C-W. I'm not sure if it was before or after the match that Jim Cornette came out to ringside and started doing a Q&A with the fans and giving away stuff. Me and my nephew did the TLC match in the Fantasy play-by-play. Where you still there when the UT/HHH brawl broke out? Trips was doing the autograph session with Steph when out came Taker and they started to fight right there. All in all, a great time. Ditto for my first Axxess show prior to WM2000. My highlights were getting Kane and Xtian to autograph my book, and doing the Cactus vs HHH RR2000 match in the Fantasy play-by-play. They put me on the main booth and I did the thing in spanish (I didn't realize everyone in line was listening). After I finished I received an ovation from the crowd, yelling "lucha libre, lucha libre!" at me. I was so happy.

Of course you know Iron Man would kick all of the X-Men's asses...

I haven't checked Wizard magazine in a couple of months, but as far as I know they still have the price guide. As far as magazine content, it is true they focus mostly on Marvel and DC, but being that Image is going down the tubes, and Dark Horse the only remaining great option then I'm not surprised. Of course, most of the info in the mag you can find for free on the internet, but I think it's still a fun read anyway from time to time. The price is a little much, so that's a big consideration factor, but on occasions you can find some freebies, like complete comics inside. Not sure about the thickness, though. Seems the same to me all the time.

Who should of won the WWE world title...
pochorenella replied to tbondrage99's topic in General Wrestling
He did wrestle in Japan but his match was taped for Heat. I forget who he wrestled, though. As for Ahmed as WWF champ, everybody's salivating for Monty Brown over on TNA to become NWA champ. Isn't he basically the same thing as Ahmed? -
supposed review of Batman Begins screening

I don't wanna check it and find spoilers, so is it a good review or a bad review? -
Found my House show results at Cawthon's site. My mind must've slipped 'cause it was the Office Depot Center and it was September. Anyway's: And here's the RAW taping I attended after WM2000:
-
My very first show was WrestleMania 2000 in Anaheim, CA. I popped for everything and everyone, that's how happy I was. Great show IMO, even if the general smark community thinks otherwise. 3-way ladder match and Euro-Continental match where the absolute highlights. My second show ever was next night's RAW show at the Staples Center in LA. Not that memorable of a show, really. D-Lo Brown wrestled in the dark match. Benoit defended his newly-won IC Title against Tazz. Crash won the Harcore belt against Bob Holly. Eddie Guerrero beat Jericho for the Euro Belt, thanks to Chyna (I saw the turn coming MILES away). The Rock beat Shane in the ME, and we got treated to a good 10-15 mins. of Rock on the mic and beating on Shane some more. Good sendoff. My next show was WrestleMania X-8 at the Reliant Astrodome in Houston, TX. Greatest show in the history of mankind. I could have died happy right after that event. Smackdown House show at the Target Center in Florida around August 2003 was my next show. Highlights included Eddie beating Cena in the opener, Rey beating Ultimo Dragon in an all-too-short CW match, WGTT beating the APA, and Taker with Kurt Angle beating Big Show and Brock Lesnar in the ME. My last show was WrestleMania XX at MSG last year. Another unforgettable night for me. Finally got to see Shawn Michaels wrestle live in one of the best matches I've ever seen. Even though he was (still is) my favorite I was rooting for Benoit all the way. Tremendous Foley/Rock vs Evolution match, you could literally see Flair smiling the whole time. Jericho vs Christian was great, and of course, Eddie vs Kurt was splendid. If everything turns out right, I plan on attending Royal Rumble 2006 in Miami next.

Warrior all the way. I was never a big Hogan fan.

So is The Rock talking like a retard now? I call bullshit on this one.
-
They mention the Hart Dungeon all the time, on PPVs and on RAW. They've mentioned Stu Hart several times, and even mentioned the "Legendary Bret Hart" a few times, too.
-
From that same movie, I found the scene where one guy bashes the other guy's head with a fire extinguisher much more disturbing. I literally turned away the first time I saw it.

Lo Ki gave the Amazing Red a Ki-Krusher from the top rope that absolutely killed Red. I believe it was one of the very early ROH shows, either the Road to the Title or a Title defense by Ki. Unbelievable move. BTW: Ripper, I don't know which is more captivating: Your avatar with Shakira or that Canadian Destroyer.

"The championship didn't make regular appearances in the United States, however, until after Shawn Michaels defeated the British Bulldog in Birmingham, England at One Night Only. After Michaels won the title, the European Championship began being defended on U.S. soil more often." Dr.Venkman, either they changed the wording or you read it incorrectly. This is how it appears on the page.
