I'd put War Machine in the second for a wall to wall action sequel, then The Mandarin as the big villian (who's been pulling the strings thru the whole series) in the third.

What are you talking about? I've never heard anything about WWE altering the voting for Taboo Tuesday/Cyber Sunday.
-
Oops. my bad.

I remember that IC Title switch was available for free on WWF.com years ago with no commentary, which is where I saw it. And yes, Orton vs. Edge from RAW was terrific.

ECW did a 1.3 according to 411mania. Maybe you're quoting last week's numbers.

Yes, that Edge DVD totally reeks of awesomeness. Buy.

At that rate I wouldn't be surprised to see them rank Windham turning on Bradshaw to break up the New Blackjacks. -

Clone Wars scores Highest Ratings Ever -
Good eye for detail there. I hated her wrestling outfit, though. She's looked hotter before and this time she did nothing for me. And since we're on the subject of the women's match, I really liked how Beth countered the Candywrapper into her double chickenwing facebuster.

Haas was at RAW. He lost a dark match wrestling as Rowdy Charlie Piper.

WWE.com also announced Matt Hardy & Rey Misterio vs. Kane & Mark Henry for RAW tonight.

I thought it was pretty wicked when he appeared as The Flash at Wrestlemania one year. That was WrestleMania XX. Awesome costume. He's also dressed as DareDevil (WM19) and Spider-Man (Road Wild), along with the before mentioned suits. -
Given the dismal numbers the WrestleMania special got on thursday it doesn't look that good for SD! on MyNetwork. Still, I thought it was a great show that the spoilers certainly didn't do any justice (Big Show didn't run scared from Taker and Trips just barely won and then got majorly punked). I specially liked the six-man tag and the main event 3-way, and the opening bout was extremely enjoyable.

Hmmm. Interesting for the earlier matches, but like the WWE Championship set, has a ton of widely available material repeated here. Seeing this match listing doesn't make me want to buy this one immediately, I'm afraid. Maybe a used copy down the line.
-
Don't forget the "New & Improved DX" DVD; six months of content somehow warranted a three-DVD set. That set sold an insane number of copies so I'd say it was an intelligent decision to make it 3 discs, even if the general smartmark fanbase hated it.

From amazon.com, cover art for Edge's 3-disc dvd set, coming out December 23rd.

Triple H is the main Champion of the show that's debuting on this new network. Did you really expect any other outcome once they booked this match?
-
I think this was another good step forward for the series, as I'm specially liking the possibilities of this new Sylar/HRG dynamic. I really like Hiro but I believe he needs to wisen up pretty soon on his wanting to do good but mostly screwing up, although I'd hate to see him lose that geekyness that makes him so likeable. And for those who asked for Micah's whereabouts, there he was, now don't ever show up again.

The March 18, 2004 Championship Match versus Rey Mysterio I remember as being truly great stuff, possibly better than anything they did on their 2005 series. I vaguely remember that series of matches with Kurt so I cannot say if they matched their ManiaXX or SummerSlam outings.

Amazing dvd set. It will be mine.

I was there too, that was a great Raw all around, that was a good dark match, wish I could remember the opponents for Brock and Shelton? I'm drawing a blank but I think it was some significant guys. If it's the match that aired on OVW TV then it could be the Disciples of Synn that faced Brock and Shelton (the Minnessota Stretching Crew.)

Damn, I could've sworn Season 1 was on Tuesdays... My mistake.

I loved both new episodes, but it seems a lot of people didn't care. The show placed a far 3rd place on monday with a 6.1 rating. I still question the logic on moving the show to it's current timeslot. It's gonna get killed by MNF, Dancing with the Whatevers, etc. But it's got me hooked again so yay.
