There was a replay shown on the American broadcast toward the end of the game that made me question the offside, and I was confsed when the announcers were saying that the headbutt shouldn't have been played on the Jumbotrons in the arena. If something happens that's illegal, why shouldn't they call it, if they notice it on the screen? I understand when you're not on neutral ground there could be favoritism, but here there shouldn't hve been an issue. This wasn't a push or something small, this was a nasty headbutt, I'd be disappointed if he didn't get a card.

Doesn't he have enough from playing for Real Madrid to live very comfortably off of?

Zidane didn't even come out to get his medal and say goodbye to his fans...it's really sad. Everyone's last memory of him may well be that headbutt and then walking down to the locker room all alone. And am I the only one who thnks the trophy should be a tad bigger, maybe?

There was also a bad offsides calls that waved off a goal for Italy, so if the game had been called properly, it wouldn't be an issue

They're going to Penalty Kicks.....France has history on their side, but they don't have Zidane and Buffon is a good goalie as far as I know. It's gonna be all kinds of tense

I'm really disappointed by that, Zidane is supposed to be a very classy player and then he loses his cool and headbutts someone. That's a real shame.

I think it's funny that the American announcers keep bringing up that this stadium was built for the 1936 Olympics and Jesse Owens but refuse to mention the Nazis...eh, probably just trying to not stir up trouble, now that I think of it

If by "physical" you mean "taking dives like bitch drama queens" then yes, they are. No, they seem to be all over thir opposition on defense, more so than other teams I've seen in the Cup, and fouling a lot

I have no idea who Slick Johnson is, but Shark Boy definately has charisma, as does Sonjay. Skipper and Sabin are more "Impress you in the ring" types, and I haven't seen enough of Lethal to know about him. Young never did much for me, the only thing I've heard about him is he has a nice spinebuster
