If you could add Otaku to this, I'd appreciate it. You can use Mike too if you need an extra

albums you own but have never listened to
Masked Man of Mystery replied to godthedog's topic in Music
Pet Sounds came first, dullard. Everybody knows that Brian Wilson was a master at time travel...jerk! I don't think I've successfully listened to the first Radiohead CD the whole way through, but I've heard all the songs. Pardon me, then, I apologize for getting my albums crossed. Again, it's been a while since I read up on this stuff. -
The Directors Cut DVD Discussion Thread
Masked Man of Mystery replied to Lil' Bitch's topic in Television & Film
I think I like the Daredevil movie more than I should simply because I really like the character, but Garner mispronouncing "sensei" REALLY hurts things. I mean, jeez, if TEENAGE MUTANT FRICKIN' NINJA TURTLES can get it right, Jennifer Garner should. It ruins the character. I do have Elektra sitting around, I got it and Punisher on sale like a week or 2 before the unrated version came out. Which reminds me, does that add anything important? And what about the new version of The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly? -

Never post in this folder again. Why? Because I can't remember the fifth member of the Beach Boys? I haven't read up on them for a few years, but here, I'll look up the name if it makes you happy. Al Jardine, that's his name. -
Ann Coulter attacks 9/11 widows

Honestly, I wonder if Bush is doing the same thing, enjoying the attention he;s getting, or was. He was going along, a fairly unimpressive(In my opinion, anyway) president without too much going on, y'know, pressing his issues and such, clearing brush, then...he's a "war president(as an anti war type, I believe war should not be something to be proud of, it should be something done with regret, disappointment, almost, that things couldn't be settled peacefully, but that's me)." -

I also have a strong dislike for her because she literally did not have a point in the company for most of her run other than to go through the ropes and let some fans see her panties. She couldn't wrestle and they hardly ever used her as a manager. I think her best use was during Test/Steiner, which also featuires soem good heel work by Test. I really do not get the Test hate. He's not a Chris Benoit technical wonder, but he's a good big man(he should drop the big boot and use the pumphandle as his finisher again though) and he understands how to be more than just a vanilla heel. Watch the feud and how he interacts with Stacy and mocks Steiner. It's possibly the best long term work Steiner did in that WWE run as well. -

I haven;t ever worked my way through Smile by Brian Wilson. Every time I put it on, I hear him and his band sounding like the Beach Boys and it just makes me sad that his brothers are dead and he couldn't get along with Mike Love and the other fellow whose name escapes me right now. I also hardly ever listen to Pet Sounds because it's so unlike anything else the Beach Boys did, and I know why, he wanted a Sgt. Pepper, but just not my thing. -
Stupid stuff that pisses you off

I would get that from time to time. I really hated it when we'd have a box, especially a TV, which has a half million barcodes on it and if you don't knowit's tough to find the right one without searching all over it. -
I'm dropping the Ayane squash, but I plan on having the promo out soon

Including Trish and Mickie? And does Vicky have implants? Also, someone was talking about Cole, he's good when he doesn't have to shill, you can see that on the Benoit DVD where he does alternate commentary for the Japanese matches -

As someone who has gone through a lot of retail training, I can tell you that that do teach people to say stuff like that, and not everyone is intelligent enough to figure out that that is stupid. The guys at my local EB are pretty cool with me. And, if you wouldn't mind, please don't be rude to retail folks unless they're being rude to you. We just want to get out of there with our sanity intact and enough cash to buy our stuff too. -

I heard his interview on Wrestlecrap Radio. He sounded like a very good man. I hope he rests in peace. By the way, here's the link to the interview: http://www.wrestlecrap.com/wrestlecrapradi...radio111805.mp3 -
The best generation to be a wrestling fan?
Masked Man of Mystery replied to NoCalMike's topic in The WWE Folder
I began as a wrestling fan with the very first Smackdown when it was a special in, I believe, April 1999. I had heard about wrestling from my friends through the 90s and I remember playing the arcade game that Midway made that was like Mortal Kombat. I even rented and bought WWF Warzone, hardly knowing who people were but enjoying the game regardless before I saw a complete wrestling show. A friend of my dad taped Raw for me once....and then Owen Hart died. I remember being quite upset despite only seeing him as Blue Blazer once or twice I watched Smackdown religously for a while, although I fell out of it for a while, I guess after Lesnar took out Hogan or something, but I was back in time for the rise of Los Guerreros and was hardcore from there, although nowadays I can;t watch Smackdown because I work on Friday nights and I don't have cable, so most of my wrestling coems from DVDs. I don't really order stuff online, so I don't see much indy stuff, but I've enjoyed the TNA I've seen, I root for them to become a viable #2. I watch WWE PPVs mainly through Netflix now. I'm still very hardcore, but what I can see is very limited, so I usually browse the PPV and Raw threads. My little brother loves Cena and Batista and anyone they tell him to love, generally. I would have trouble seeing a person getting into wrestling right now. There's not really a terribly compelling storyline unless you've been watching a while -
Wasn't he to become a road agent?

ECW One Night Stand 2 Thread
Masked Man of Mystery replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in The WWE Folder
The old ECW DVD has hardly any of the entrances to get around the song restrictions. They kept in the Motorhead version of Enter Sandman, though, they seem pretty cool with wrestling companies -
After seeing the sillyness on one Greatful Dead tape(I think it's called Ticket to New Year's) where they overlay bad effects over the jams, the simple "show the band playing" approach of Truckin' Up to Buffalo was quite nice. It's also a plain nice concert with the band pretty hot despite it being after Jerry's coma.

Does anyone know of a site that lists games by very specific genres? I'm looking particularly for NES and Super NES sports games that would be divided by sport -

Is it the standard response to a woman you don't like to say they're transgendered? I see it an awful lot here -
Does he have the same condition as Andre did? Having helped my mom about while she was rehabbing from her stroke, I can feel for him, it must suck to not be able to get around your own house easily

Smackdown needs live bodies, period. I'm convinced OVW is screwed, everyone's going either to Smackdown/Velocity or ECW, I think. -

Guilty Pleasure: Favourite "weak" Finisher
Masked Man of Mystery replied to a topic in General Wrestling
Even though it isn't necessaryily sold as such, I always thought the Rock Bottom/People's Spinebuster did the damage and the People's Elbows was just to show off, hence he doesn't use it when he's been knocked all over the place
