I can't speak for this one, but I've played the last 4 of them and they play very differantly. I much prefer the DOR engine, but it looks like it's dead

I haven't spent much time with either, as I much prefer the 2K engine, but I did notice when we had it at the store that NCAA sounded much smoother and less choppy audio wise than Madden, at least on the PS2

John Cena wrestles like Hogan but doesn't have the charisma or finisher to match up. The big boot and leg drop look much more painful than the FU. As he does it now it's a standing fireman's carry, turning it into a proper Death Valley Driver would do wonders for him, really

Yeah have fun playing an outdated game. It's still the most fun game in the series to play, at least in my opinion. And heck, if my N64 worked I'd still play the AKI games, those remain fun to this day.

Aren't the WWE writers working on these games? I think this is proof they're on some big time mind altering drugs

The fact of the matter is Steph and Trips will take over the business when Vince dies, they need to know what they're doing, because I don't think Vince has a Konnan type who knows what he's doing who was that close ala Pena. They need the experience writing shows, even though Steph undeniably sucks at it. I'd wonder what would happen if Trips had the book on a show he and HBK wasn't on though, he may have it in him to run a cool, old school show

I don't know if you can watch the Google Video files offline, but you can download the PSP/IPod version, it's just an mp4, so you need Quicktime. This is pretty darn cool and I think I'm going to try to get into hockey from this, since there is like no hockey on non cable TV anymore

The AWA thing will mostly be interesting I think to see guys who became mega stars in WWF/WCW/NWA in their early years, plus probably some more Billy Graham, and I'm always up for hearing more from him

Slight nitpick: it's the Godzilla theme at the beginning of Joe's theme, Sharkboy uses Jaws as the basis of his song

the D-X intro is mega lazy, HBK has his chain gear on, and neither is wearing a D-X shirt and Trips doesn't even have the DX on his tights. The entrance video seems to have at least one naked woman in it though....I can't see Raw, do they really have the naked woman and the one humping a stage in their video that they show over and over again?

does anyone have a decent mp3 of Angle's TNA theme? They took that mega cool music player off to put in the ad for their new CD, which almost certainly won't have it
