I have no problem with a guy taking a shot at getting some more ring time and trying to improve, hope it works out for him

The best comparison...
Masked Man of Mystery commented on RavishingRickRudo's blog entry in I post on TSM and all I got was this lousy blog.
I'd like to agree with what you guys are saying, but I don't like overly fake stuff no matter what, and poor Andre just looked horrible by that point, he could literally barely move. It made me sad more than anything. I totally get what you're saying, though, because I have seen lots of matches that don't have a ton of psychology. Guys like Mr. Ganosuke are just great at doing awful horrible things to faces that get you going even if it doesn't set up his Fire Thunder Driver or whatever his finisher was, for example -
I've just been skimming through, it's a great show, everyone, and I only wish I could've given something better to the show, but I'll try to make up for it in May

If the person here was me, then I totally agree. And it's getting to me because I'm neglecting SWF stuff as a result which I really don't want to do. Trouble is, look at last week's HeldDOWN. If I didn't write as much as I did, the show would've sucked dick because only 3 or 4 people actually wrote something for it...and one of those was a co-write with me anyway. If other people actually wrote stuff regularly (and the people who 100% regularly write a match are probably me, EWC and Alf right about now) I could take some load off maybe. If you meant PRL...well, he's always been like this. This is at least part of why I'm going inactive until May

Ki, Awesome, and D'Lo would all be welcome additions in my mind. Whatever issues Awesome was having before seem to have gone away(see One Night Stand). I'd also like to see TNA get UFC to allow a special hybrid fight between Ken Shamrock and Tito Ortiz on a TNA PPV or Spike special to further the cross promotion, as I don't think they're really effective as shoot fighters, but Ken has proven he can wrestle and Ortiz has been in the environment and can definately cut a promo(see UFC 51 if you don't believe me)

OAO WrestleMania 22 thread - 4/2/06

Does anyone think Rey got the title because Angle is hurt(see his press conference)? -
Wasn't he also involved in the FMW vs Funk Masters of Wrestling match on the FMW Yokohama Deathmatch DVD?

What film plots are you sick and tired of?

Ron Killings was in that? -
Are there any sites where someone has audio archives of old games that you can download for free, or is that all tied up in copyright land and no way you can get it without paying?

Congratulations, man

Who's posting it?

That was lots of fun to watch, I wonder if they're both speed run freaks

Ewwwwwwwwwww..... Really, how can some of these women LIVE with breasts that big? I can't imagine why they wouldn't get those reduced to semi healthy levels.... -

Did anyone buy those WWE UMD movies? I've wondered if they were like the VHS releases, just the feature, no extra matches. -
What about Sensible Randy Orton? Or just about everyone but me listening to the most obscure rock music ever committed to tape/disc/digital memory or posting pictures of spiders to freak out Dames?

PWTorch newsletter news and notes
Masked Man of Mystery replied to JoeDirt's topic in The WWE Folder
Y'know, I'm amazed they didn't try out Tony Schiavone. He wasn't as bad as some people said and he loves to shill. You'd think he'd be a natural WWE announcer -
Sounds sweet, man, you'll need to pass on the good word

Sorry to break up the innuendo jokes for a moment, but I'm once again taking a break until May when I'm out school for the summer and I intend to come back full force. Alf already knows, and I'll be writing my match for Anglemania on my way out. Everyone does such a great job, and I'm just not even close to hanging with you folks, so kudos to everyone for such hard work and hopefully I won't suck so bad next time I'm writing

The Simpsons Movie In Production
Masked Man of Mystery replied to Jericholic82's topic in Television & Film
It will suck like everything Simpson's related for a very long time, I'd be willing to put money on it -

Actually, I loated Cena for jobbing Kenzo and Dupree into the ground

Fit Finlay -- Is everyone a believer now?
Masked Man of Mystery replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
Did he get this sort of praise when he was in WCW? I don't remember hearing about him being a standout like some of the others -
I deliberately avoided school lunches until college, where we can eat a decent meal. I tend toward fast food naturally, but I try to eat some sort of healthy. But high school lunches looked downright awful, and I went to one of the best public schools in the country(or so we were told)
