The first two Legends of Wrestling games aren't bad, and they're both dirt cheap. You can get Legends of Wrestling 2 for $15 for the Cube at a Toys R Us. Only game I'm aware of on the current generation that allows for a true 4 man to a team elimination Survivor Series match. Submissions aren't handled well and the engine takes some getting used to, but it's fun enough. Hogan's leg drop of doom really gets exposed in it though. CAW isn't bad either. Showdown ended up sucking for some reason despite the huge roster(and they got WCW music where possible, ie DDP comes out to Self High Five) but they tweaked the engine enough that I didn't like the timing, there's some shoddy collision detection, and the way finisher are done suck. So did the CAW. It's really quite sad, as it was one of Acclaim's last games

They hired and pushed DDP, and he seemed to be mega over last time I saw him wrestle(which was a few months back). Man's been out of wrestling a couple of years after being treating like sheer garbage by WWE and they gave him a push. Actually, that's one of their best assests, they're not afraid to push someone and for the most part treat their "refugees" well. I still would love to see them sign LA Park to a long term deal and bring in more luchadores in general, but oh well.

I guess this means they won't be able to book Sandman or Jake the Snake

Holy God! Eddie suplexes Mysterio onto the steps, that looked sick. And I'm not gonna post any more comments in this thread 'til someone else steps up here -

I like the booking here, Eddie stills hates MNM so he takes them out then beats down Mysterio for the heel heat -

Very good match, probably the best Smackdown match of the year, only real competition is Angle vs Jannetty -

Cena should be running down to the ring, not posing. Dumb son of a gun, he just called you a one hit wonder -

I actually like JBL better since he lost the title. He is cutting some awesome promos here. I have to admit, I was wrong about him. -
I like both, but if I had to choose one or the other, I'd pick Trek. I wouldn't write either off as garbage(except for maybe Enterprise, but then I haven't read all the Ender sequels, so I can't really talk about them)

Melina pulls a Stacy to distract Scotty so MNM can pick up the win... and here comes Mysterio with the pipe! I like the new more aggresive Rey Mysterio Jr.(By the way, now would be a perfect time for Ultimo Dragon to come back as Rey's tag partner) -

Shannon Moore, now tagging with Scotty 2 Hotty as the Cruiserweight Jobbers, has face paint, sort of a red version of the black part of Sting's crow paint -

Weird eating habits and quirks.....
Masked Man of Mystery replied to Damaramu's topic in General Chat
Actually, as long as he's exercizing enough to work off the carbs, eating pasta and pizza can very healthy. I remember reading that people in southern Italy, the poorer less modern part, has some of the healthiest people in the world and their diet is based on pasta and bread and whatnot -
People who don't shut the fuck up during movies
Masked Man of Mystery replied to Epic Reine's topic in General Chat
I recall hearing a couple of people laughing(not loudly, but enough to notice in a small theater during a silent movie) at some of the acting when I went and saw the new restoration of the orginal Metropolis. hey ended up leaving. Some people just shouldn't watch some movoes, know what I mean? -
Thanks for this, I'll look forward to watching it
