When your only real pro teams are the Chargers and Padres, you're not going to see much. Though the Chargers seem to be on their way to success.

Yes I know they are two different teams, but you should know they would just look at regular season record and base things on that. As for the Pedro thing, you're right.

True, but it's not like Pedro would have pitched every game for them. He accounts for 1/5 of the games if he plays.

Exactly. I wouldn't want A-Rod if it meant Buehrle going. And you wouldn't want anyone less than Buehrle and more. This is why the White Sox shouldn't trade for A-Rod. Of course, this said, I fully expect Al to come in and cite 2,002 reasons why A-Rod > Buehrle. Doesn't change my personal sentiment towards the guy, who has been the Sox's ace for a few years now.

Does he not realize what team he signed with? Or that the GM who just hired him has now moved onto trying to lock up their current third baseman? Yeah, but you figure that if A-Rod waives his trade clause he expects to go back to shortstop A deal with the Cubs doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, the Yankees would need a pitcher, third baseman and/or A level prospects to justify a deal, and the Cubs don't really have the pieces to make it happen. Of all the ideas bounced around A-Rod to the White Sox for Buehrle/Crede or Fields seemed like the one that was the best fit for both teams involved. Really, looking around the league, I can't come up with many plausible scenarios for A-Rod to be traded. How does this benefit the White Sox? Their pitching wasnt that good this season. The last thing they need to trade is a good pitcher. Even for a great player like A-Rod.

Let's just see if we can't get 2 undefeateds first before calling it a jumble.

From the looks of it, the AFC West and maybe North is the toughest two divisions.

Yes, the Colts, who had a similar struggle against the Titans, and hasn't had a blowout win is going to beat the Chicago Bears who up til yesterday looked every bit the Super Bowl contender they were. That makes complete sense.

Even though the Bears won, a fan of the team has gotta be concerned with how lopsided the playcalling was for them. I mean they passed too much. And it led to the 4 interceptions.
