Isn't that what Vince is trying to shy from in the first place?

USC Wuz Robbed! replied to QuestionMan's topic in The WWE Folder
He meant 4 hours of Raw+1 ECW. And Karc, WWE thought the rating would be lower because the first run Raw programming was on Sci-Fi, which is in less homes, so they thought there would be less people being sold on ECW the next night or some nonsense. -

They were expecting a lower rating. No need for sarcasm, Karc. -
Im convinced if WP is telling the truth about his weightlifting exploits, he probably could beat up 90% of the people here making fun of him.

WCW facts, tidbits, and stuff people forgot

Yeah Hogan was double crossed in the way that Russo threw legitimate insults at him. The man has paper thin skin. -

Yeah I don't know why some people here thinks WWE is so eager, so willing to make Punk a star by having him go to MSG and get a big time win there. For all we know, they're going to book HHH against Punk where HHH just squashes Punk (I know that is unlikely, but just saying). People here give Vince far too much credit sometimes. -

Yeah I actually misread the context of your statement about WWE doing dumb things. My apologies. -

Removing crowd booing noise for a heel IS dumb. Now I think you meant a face, which would make your statement make more sense (directed to Venkman) -

If he's meant to be a T.O. type character, there's ways to work around it, like him claiming fictional injuries as he is scheduled to wrestle or no-showing and then saying he overslept while winking to the audience. There's a lot of heel stuff he can do to delay the inevitable (all the while he should be wrestling in DSW or OVW still, to get more wrestling experience in). -
In kayfabe, why would Joe be expecting a title shot? He didn't win the #1 contendership to it. Sting did.

Dolphins finished 9-7 last season with Gus Frerotte calling signals. They'll do even better with Daunte Culpepper if he holds up. I don't care what people said about Daunte's early season woes last season, he will be better than that this year. They have as good a shot as the teams you listed (Ravens? You're kidding, right?).

I'm rated 86 vs his 83. And I already encountered problems. It's really a matter of me letting receivers get open rather than force things.
-
I just had an unrealistic half in my preseason debut as the Chargers QB. Granted it was vs the Packers, but tossing for 273 yards and 4 TDs makes me think I need to adjust the difficulty.
-
Pfft. Rookies shouldn't be rated 90, no matter how you slice it. I was rated 84 (85 as the preseason ended). If the game was true to real life, Stallworth would have been traded and I'd have been #2. Ah well. I'm having loads of fun as the Chargers' starting rookie QB anyways.
-
You did better than my Saints WR. As the #3 option I was stuck coming in for like 5% of the plays, and only 25% of that 5% were passing plays. My main duty was returning kicks. I had to just give up on it and start over as QB.

So my detailing was more accurate.

Goldberg was champion, but who was still in the main events and in the most pushed programs? That's what some people really forget. Nah, Goldberg was still main eventing against guys like DDP. Hogan even disappeared a bit with that whole retirement crap for presidency. They should have given people what they wanted and that was Hogan vs. Nash and the whole nWO break up, but as promotions always do they run things into the ground and don't know when to stop when they have a good thing going. Wrong. July: Goldberg wins the belt from Hogan. Hogan main events Bash at the Beach with DDP, Rodman and Karl Malone. August: Bill Goldberg is in a forgotten battle royal while Hogan, once again, main events Road Wild, this time teaming with Eric Bischoff against DDP and Jay Leno. September: Goldberg, once again, doesn't wrestle at Fall Brawl. Main event is a War Games that involved Hogan, and the main event angle was Hogan vs Warrior. October: Halloween Havoc, Goldberg has a match here, but his match is cut off by PPV companies, so essentially the final match of HH was Hogan vs Warrior. November: Neither Goldberg nor Hogan wrestles on the WW3 card. December: Goldberg loses his belt to Kevin Nash at Starrcade.

Green Bay's 1996 Super Bowl title.

I doubt Pats would part with a pick to go along with Branch.

What happened to Hank Baskett?

Yeah, it's not like Hogan/Warrior II was going to bring in viewers.

Unless you have a satellite operator that broadcasts on East Coast time, like I do....... Actually Raw will be on SciFi at 9 pm in San Diego, then again on USA at 11 pm.
