Betta believe it, bitch!

TD USC. Assuming the XP is made, 17-13.
-
And there's that long run by Bush.
-
No but Bush has been solid. He has 50+ yards rushing and about 40 yards receiving.
-
Wait, if I just win one more out of the 4 remaining games, I win on virtue of the tiebreaker, right?
-
13-10 on account of USC FG.
-
USC scores to make it 13-7.
-
FG by Oregon puts them up 13-0...
-
I don't know why USC didn't go for the FG.... stupid Carroll, but we got plenty of time to get back into it.

That's not what my point is. It's that he has name value to the UFC audience that might linger around to watch TNA right afterwards.
-
First you are locked in a dark room overnight and not allowed out til right before the match. Then you have a garbage brawl. That's what Monster's Ball is basically.
-
And people wanted this game over ND/Washington?
-
I need 2 of the next 4 to win!
-
With an Ironman tag next to the match, people will be predisposed to expect to tune in the final 5 minutes to see the outcome. With a 2/3 fall stipulation tacked on, people would have to watch the whole match because as you said, it could end in 8 minutes or 30.
-
Why not just a 2 out of 3 falls match that goes 30 minutes?
-
Under a rock, apparently.
-
Oh ok gotcha. Look, I really have no problems with you and don't really want trouble. I just wanted to point out that AJ could possibly NOT be the face of TNA. That's all. Then the discussion became a bitchfest between us two. That's why I wanted to cut it off. Cool?

Siding with Fishyswa isn't going to help matters for you. However, since this has gone horribly off topic, I'm not going to talk anymore about that. Go Dave Sahadi, I guess.

Alright, fine, I concede. Hampton was a bad example by me, then.
-
I just think people are severely overreacting over Palmeiro. Whether he lied or not to the Congress shouldn't matter to the average Joe. Are you telling me everyone doesn't lie at one point or other? Get over yourselves and off the high horse.

Hampton, while decent at times, is too injury-prone to even justify a 5 million dollar contract. My original point, though, was that the Yankees aren't the only team making silly roster mistakes like signing Jaret Wright. Every team has made mistakes at one point or other. It's a natural part of baseball. You make a risk signing any given guy. The Yankees thought they were getting a guy that would be on the rise (I assume that's the reason) due to a deceptive season in Atlanta. Much like Hampton did with Colorado, following a good stint with New York.

Not on here.

Yeah MNM had a match vs Animal and Heidenreich. When it was announced it would be LOD vs MNM or something, Nitro went, "Dude, his partner is dead!" or something. Whoever actually saw it can elaborate.

And as a non-Mets/Rockies fan, I could have told you Mike Hampton was a bad idea. See? No point in that. It's fun to watch other teams look stupid. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not really. Hampton was effective last year, and was doing great this year until his injury. And he was good on the Mets, so your point is moot. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Did he go to the Braves after the Mets? No. He had a terrible career in Colorado following the Mets. Yet the Braves signed him to a ridiculous contract. Yeah the Braves are REAL smart.
