I think it's really a good idea to include the fans, but it's very dangerous to gamble even an inning or two on video game players. I score on average 5 runs per inning on baseball video games, so if they were to pick someone of comparable skills, they are essentially making the baseball teams go down a serious hole just for a promotion.

I hope for a lopsided score so it would backfire in their faces.

Being a champion to some people is better than being the best at what you do. Sometimes there are people like Marino and Miller, that no matter what they do, the team never gets to the top, and it frustrates them to no end. That's why they'd say they'd trade those stuff in for a title.

Atlanta always can have a rivalry with Carolina or something. Though I have always said that teams shouldn't be where ponds aren't frozen in the winter.

NHL is played for the most part in America. How many Canadian teams are there compared to American-based teams? NHL has obviously tried to shift the focus from it being a Canadian-based game to American-based one that uses a lot of Canadians/Europeans. That's the sense I meant when I said Canadians=foreigners.

Even though you hated on my NBA list, that was still pretty funny. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm sorry I was quick to judge your list. It was honestly really not that bad, despite some question marks. I think the only appeal hockey has are with the fans that actually know the game or that have played it to an extent. Either that or they just dig people dropping gloves and fighting it out.

Didn't stop them from throwing Orton back over on Smackdown. I think with Cena there and now Carlito and Angle, Shelton would have taken a backseat to them, in addition to the usual Raw stars like HHH and HBK. Smackdown is really the best place for Shelton at this point. With his current singles character, it'd be a bit fresher than when he left Smackdown last year.

I really believe Shelton's headed back to SD. They wouldn't have had him drop the IC title with such a little notice if they hadn't planned on him going over to SD after Vengeance.

Which is why HHH would go over Cena. So that the guys that has the best shot at the title would be heels, hence cannot challenge HHH for the belt. And the faces would either be not ready or just had lost the belt (Cena). Genius strategy by HHH really.
