He'd have to get past #1 Chris Benoit and #2 British Bulldog.
-
He's still available.
-
No, Hart/Austin alone makes Mania XIII enjoyable.
-
I love Christian, actually, but Im in the minority. I'd say Owen Hart, yes he has the legions of his smark fans but he probably doesn't have a lot of casual fans digging him.
-
Oh I thought you spelled quesadilla wrong.

I assume in storyline, the barbed wire is meant to keep the two competitors inside and the distractions outside. However the barbed wire cage concept works better for Eddie/JBL (since the last cage match had interference cost Eddie the title)

The Rockies are actually a very interesting team to watch, as they can beat any team that comes into Coors (they don't usually though). Dodgers has been contending last year and even made it in the playoffs. They of course, were eliminated in the first round. This year should be the same. Marlins picked up Carlos Delgado and some people think this will shoot the Marlins back up to their 2003 World Series form, I don't believe this. They WILL contend however. Their only serious challenge from within the division is the Braves. However, from a casual fan's POV, maybe the Marlins will be fun to watch but not the Dodgers or Rockies IMO.

VX, Dodgers and Marlins should contend. Rockies will not.

Jets has enough money for Burress, but yes Gardner would be a nice pickup. However I would think he would favor a place where he can start.
-
What about Samari Rolle? I think he'd be a better pickup than 30+ year old Derrick Mason. I was thinking Samari Rolle as well, but we can use another reciever. One or the other would be fine, as we can also draft a CB with our first pick. Simple, get Rolle and if possible, Burress, draft a CB to develop obviously because Rolle wouldnt be a long term player for the Jets.

How is the XFL responsible for the fall of WWE? I didn't know that the Los Angeles Xtreme was holding down talents as well.
-
Brock Lesnar shouldn't be at Mania anyways. That I agree with, HTQ, but should he be, that was the scenario I'd be willing to accept him in.
-
Not necessarily, as there are some feuds Lesnar had already started but hasn't capped off yet, like Rudo mentioned, with Benoit and possibly Eddie. Then you have all those Raw stars Brock hasn't faced yet like Orton, Batista, HHH, HBK, Jericho, etc. Carefully booked and planned, it could take a year for Brock to finally ease back into the title picture. Hardly stale, IMO.
-
How is the effect different from last year where Eddie Guerrero was in the ring with Benoit? Granted, there's a difference between two friends celebrating their recent success and a showdown between two potential rivals, but neither would hurt the end of Wrestlemania. It's creating a visual effect that you cannot replicate at any other PPVs (besides any other joint brands) and Lesnar should remain on Smackdown, not going over to Raw to confront Batista. Not to mention, what best way to end the year with the new monster facing the previous monster? If you're worried about a showdown ruining Batista's moment, you could also have Lesnar come down and shake his hand in respect, but also making it clear he intends to gun for him.
-
Exactly. That's the only positive I see of Brock coming back personally, the mere chance to see a Lesnar/Batista showdown.
-
Except it would kill his drawing power. The fans has no patience to sit through TWO different build-up pushes for Brock. If he comes back now, since he's an established star, it'd be ridiculous on Goldberg-levels to "build" him up again, thus killing the fans' interest in him.
-
I don't want him back either. I just recognize the necessity of him being back (to draw money which is sorely needed right now in WWE). I'd rather them build other people than rely on disgruntled football player wannabe who has no appreciation for the business, but that's just me.

So why is Fresno "between cold and warm" and San Jose, which is NORTH of Fresno is warmville?
-
Would having the other 29 MLB clubs owning the Washington Nationals create a conflict of interest?
-
They talk about paying dues because my theory is that if the wrestler works his way up, he only not get all the experience through working meaningless lower card feuds and midcard feuds, so that when he is ready to go to the top, he is a better wrestler/worker than if he was put in the main event from the beginning. This does not apply to Lesnar because he's already been to the top and the fans won't buy him as anything else.

No, Undertaker whining to the office about how not-ready Kronik was got them fired. Actually, it was the bad match that good them fired, and not anything Undertaker did. After the Unforgiven match, Kronik were asked to go to OVW/HWA to train, which was considered WWF's way of saying, "Please quit, we don't want you here." One of Kronik, not sure which, quit, while the other went to OVW/HWA for a week or so, before eventually quitting. Ahh I heard other versions to the story where Taker told the office that Kronik couldn't work and he had to carry the match himself, hence leading the WWF to fire them. However, I won't pretend to know EVERYTHING about WWF/E, so if you know the story, then that's what I'll believe.
-
Maybe Lesnar/Batista is in the cards....

It's your money. I always make sure the matches are good/decent before I buy.

You actually buy things without knowing what they are?
