Virginia Tech was never going to win many games with Glennon as starting quarterback, and I believe West Virginia's success was partly Rodriguez. They weren't going to be as good as last year. There's nothing here that tells me they can beat a team like Oklahoma, Georgia, USC, LSU, Florida, etc.

I'm just shocked Florida didn't catapult to #1 or #2 considering Hawaii was a Sugar Bowl participant last year. Oh and Ohio State can't handle Illinois speed. They have no chance against USC (and maybe a few other Pac 10 teams) or the SEC.
