Hey I agree with that list!
-
Considering we were supposed to draft five directors, I thought making multiple movies was the point.
-
Get a life, says the guy who does this: That sounds like a thrilling Friday night to you, doesn't it?
-
Isn't that what you're attempting to do here?

No. Cena's the most over person in the company. He gets insane heat for everything he does. He sells the most merchandise, he's the backbone of the house show business, he's the face of the company. He's not turning heel, and if he did, it would be a very bad business move. This is what I said. I never once said he wasn't over! The WWE has been actively marketing to kids recently, and Cena and Rey are right up there. If the WWE's demographic is that, and Cena is a black hole to them, explain how business has been great with Cena on top. I like this. You make idiotic points and then are like: Well you can't argue this and I can't be wrong so, hah. You have your opinion. I have my opinion that your opinion sucks. Works both ways. The demographic IS 18-30 males, as quoted by the WWE just last week...please pay attention! None of my points are idiotic, and if you knew me IRL, you'd know I have EXTENSIVE knowledge of the business, and it pisses my friends and colleagues off that I'm RARELY wrong. At this point, it is you they are thinking of as the idiot. Of course, that's just their opinion, and they are entitled to it. What does that have to do with anything? It just means they aren't exactly sharp knives in the drawer either. This is assuming that their opinions are at all relevant in this discussion, which I believe you're losing badly.

I didn't understand why Georgia got the #1 ranking to begin with, and for as long as USC plays like this, they're never getting it back.
-
Same here. I cannot honestly rank a guy ahead of another. Each list has something I want/would play and something I wouldn't... (well my own list excluded). I know it's a cop out but there it is.

This is a guy who enjoyed a brief renaissance after featuring in a PT Anderson film, and he's a top notch name anyways. My second actor selection: Tom Cruise
-
I'm pretty sure he meant Bernard Berrian. He does run but he doesn't catch.

Where was this USC offense last season? They were clicking on all cyclinders. I don't know what the game was more indicative of, that the USC offense is here or that the UVA defense is not.
-
Well I'm glad this guy fell to me. He proved he could do some great things with my director, and he probably fields the best percentage of roles:acclaim, and is considered one of the finest method actors in this generation... my 2nd pick and first actor choice: Daniel Day-Lewis

Does that mean his jersey will spell out his entire name "Ocho Cinco" or the traditional last name format of "Cinco"?
-
... like workrate is a prerequisite for a push. See: Great Khali, The. To answer the question though, I was under the impression that he wasn't training to be a wrestler for too long before getting called up. So either he's a natural prodigy in the ring or he's going to be one sucky hoss.

Maybe I took the TSM joke meme "TSM/messageboarding is serious business" a tad bit too seriously... I don't mind the jokes or anything, but when it gets way carried away, I do start to feel like "Ok really..."
-
Don't hold me to this, but I don't recall Mario making a splash in last year's pre-season either. He ended up doing well in the season, didn't he? And I guess if we're going to worry about the pre-season, the Patriots are in line to win 4 games at the most this year.
-
Well uhhh thanks I guess. I think that what the WWE is trying to do with Kendrick/Zeke is that they are showing that Zeke is this awesome force that is causing this little shit to win matches he has no business winning. Perhaps it'd make sense to hammer that point at Unforgiven when Kendrick wins a fall thanks to Zeke. Then he can claim "I made Brian F'N Kendrick the WORLD Champion at one point!"
-
Don't they have that guy... umm what's his name? Oh yeah, Mario Williams.
-
Perhaps allow one combo guy/gal per person? edit: Oh and I'd take Eastwood easily for the Dirty Harry series or the Man with No Name series as well as Unforgiven and a few other films.
-
And not actor?
-
Carolina really should look into getting a quarterback for the future. Delhomme isn't getting any younger... or more talented. I'd like for Matt Moore to be that guy but I don't know.
-
And once it evolves so far past off the original topic, you'd think it'd be moved elsewhere... perhaps the trash?
-
Who cares? Clearly since I made a point to mention it...
-
And they're STILL "getting it out of their systems". I said all I had to say about Kendrick but I'd have liked to see an actual discussion about it, instead of it becoming a Hedburg thread full-on. This is probably a good time for someone to step in and say "Alright, that's good stuff, now let's get back to the point"...

It's just...Youkilis plays an easier position than Quentin, and is older than Quentin by at least 3 years. Sure, his defense is superb, but if I was an owner or general manager, I don't see how Youkilis is that much clear cut better than Quentin to the point you'd take him over Quentin "any day". But hey, each man is entitled their own opinions.
