Just look at how he was booked. Reeks too much of transitional champion. The only thing that points to "legitimate" is the length, and he probably wouldn't have gotten this long of a reign if not for Cena's injury.
-
Grand Slam now would probably be WWE/WHT, IC/US, Tag and ECW.

Like HTQ said, it's in the intent. If HHH is designed to be the face of the company during his reign much like Cena was in 2006/2007, then no matter when he drops it, it's a legitimate reign. However if he was given the belt with the sole purpose of having Jeff Hardy beat him for it in the spring/summer, and having Hardy be pushed as the face of the company, then HHH's reign would be considered transitional.

I read here somewhere when Cena was the champion that Triple H lobbied for the belt to be put on Orton so he could beat him for it at Mania, but then Cena kept winning these matches with Orton and only had the belt removed via injury, and it was put on Orton. Then Orton had a longer than I expected reign and it's hard for me to decide whether it's still a transitional reign or a legitimate reign. One thing that points to the transitional reign concept is that Orton was never really given the "big" feuds in his reign (he had a match with Shawn at SSeries, Jericho at Armageddon, Hardy at the Rumble and Cena at NWO) before this build to the triple threat which we all assume he's jobbing the belt in. And in those month-long feuds with the aforementioned guys he was never really put over as a huge threat as champion.

I really think it's time to move on without Mike Brown.
-
Makes me wonder whether we should consider Orton's reign transitional as the end result was probably always to have it be put on Triple H at Mania, yet he held it for almost six months, if not actually six.

Don't forget Matt Young.

Doesn't it stand a chance a straight guy might be curious about the thread? Perhaps so he can laugh at the sizes exhibited in pictures? Just saying.

He's referring to you mentioning Jericho and MVP in the Floyd/Show comments.

Pretty sure it is their way of replacing their wedding bands (which they probably don't want to be punching each other with) with an alternative form of permanent symbol of marriage.

When I saw that, I turned to my wife and said "Wow the mother's pretty hot." No way they show that scene without it leading somewhere.
-
Gee they are really pouring it on thick as to who is winning that belt at Mania of the three...

Use guess pitch. I'll usually guess one pitch in one location for the whole at bat because that eliminates at least one thing they're going to throw. Try guessing fast ball at the bottom of the strike zone. IMO, it's easier to judge where a high ball is going than a low ball, so if I'm guessing the low pitch at least you know where it's going end up. I thought you hated that feature because it made it too "easy"?

Cena/Taker is more fresh than Edge/HHH and Michaels/Taker. Who are you kidding?
-
So they don't want Jonathan Stewart or something? Weird.
-
Well Mark Brunell did pretty well with Jacksonville for a while.
-
Don't forget Matt Hasselbeck.

I doubt Favre was the last guy. I'm sure the Packers have signed Atlanta QBs as backups to Favre at one point or other with the amount of turnover each season.
-
Did I miss something? How is Javon Walker a bad news signing now?
-
I didn't expect him to say he was in it for the money but something like "change of scenery", "wanting to play for Jim Johnston's system", or any other possible reason would be much more believable than "I want a chance to win a Super Bowl".
-
That's really what Jericho needs to restore momentum, bringing back his heel talk show segment.
-
Did anyone see Jim Rome's little rant on Asante Samuel's reason for going to Philadelphia? Jesus that dude is dumb (Samuel that is) if he expected anyone to buy that.
-
Isn't the Show exclusive to the Playstation consoles? If so, I'm screwed.

God damn! Jets aren't messing around this offseason. The offensive line is basically set now. Whatever cap space they might have had is definitely gone. Really curious to see what direction they go in the draft now. You do realize Woody isn't very good, right? I mean he was a Lion, for god's sakes. And Pace is a DEFENSIVE lineman/LB. Good luck with those pieces.

Round One, TSM Worst Poster Tournament

I'm not surprised that people dislike me but I am quite surprised Alkeiper doesn't like me. I thought we were cool with each other, but guess not.
