What about Tennessee? They have played well.
-
I'll admit it though. I was wrong.
-
I didn't think that was pride. It seemed more like Angela got turned on by Dwight's toughness.

Yeah my point was that the 2005 one was a competitive sweep, every game could have gone either way. The 1999 one? Total annihilation. The only game the Braves looked competitive in was Game 3 when that went to extra innings. But will Bob, a Braves fan, mention that? No.
-
No mention of the 1999 World Series? Alright then...
-
he was 10-5 started off with 8 straight wins He wasnt as bad as Grossman though Orton's 2005 line- 15 games played, 190/368 for a 51.6% completion rate, 1869 yards (5.1 yards per attempt), 9 TDs and 13 INTs. Grossman's 2006 line- 16 games played, 262/480 for a 54.6% completion rate, 3193 yards (6.7 yards per attempt), 23 TDs and 20 INTs.

Clippers traded Jordan because they want to sign Dickau when he is cut Why don't they... just trade Jordan for Dickau?
-
If I recall, Orton was actually atrocious. I remember when Grossman got healthy at the end of that season, everyone was so glad to see him come in and make huge throws (that were mostly incomplete). It was obvious they were tired of Kyle Orton by that point (and he wasn't even a full season in his rookie year).

Are you kidding? The Bears lost like 2 or 3 defensive starters for the Super Bowl and got run all over. They have proven that they're only as good as when everyone is there and healthy. Losing 6 defensive starters is going to get a 34 point quarter for any team. That said, the Bears ARE pathetic. Funny they benched Grossman for making mistakes and it was Griese throwing 3 picks in this game against a putrid Detroit defense.

First divisional win of the season. Cool.
-
About halfway through the 3rd quarter Kirk had USC #1 and LSU #2 but halfway through the 4th, he had flip flopped, now he has it LSU #1 and USC #2.
-
When Jake Locker has a team around him.
-
Very possible. Arizona State is undefeated (I think) and could potentially upset one of the powerhouse Pac-10 teams.
-
Well if you look at the quality of the opponent, you'd say USC, but damned that was just too ugly. I'd pick LSU.
-
10 points with 3 minutes to play is not "putting it away". USC pretty much finished it off, though, after Washington's QB fucked up and passed while he was across the line of scrimmage. You sure about that now?
-
If USC wins this game, they don't get any style points but to win when you commit a lot of mistakes is somewhat encouraging. Though it could be Washington not being as good as advertised.

A 17-14 lead for USC heading into halftime? I'll take it.
-
Not that I'm banking on it, but if Florida loses to Auburn, wouldn't that mean the last two Florida losses would be against Auburn?
-
Ok gotcha. But USC isn't losing today, so you can perish that thought. Right now it's a similar stretch as the LSU/Tulane game. USC won't play lost all game long. And besides it's 0-0. So give it time. edit: Maybe not...
-
Right, so USC/Cal would be closer to a "Ohio State/Michigan" ticket (as that was the end of the season too). edit: But right now Auburn doesn't want that to happen for Florida.
-
Not just yet. USC/Cal could be big too if USC and Cal goes undefeated til then.
-
Iggy how are the Ducks moving up after a loss?
-
I lose on tiebreaker. Damn you Oregon. Cal too.
