At first I was skeptical of Maddux's chances with Schmidt opposing him Saturday, but apparently the Giants have moved him up a night.

According to PTI, the White Sox plan to go ahead with their planned Esteban Loiaza bobblehead night.

According to some guy on another board, it was just announced 10 PM last night that today's game WILL be played at Wrigley. Thank God, crisis averted.

Every time Hawkins comes in in the ninth in a tied game, he blows it. Every single fucking time.

Watch how after these two great, back-and-forth, high-scoring games, with benches-clearing brawls and ejections, now that the game's nationally televised tonight there will be like 3 runs scored and nothing will happen.

The Cubs had numerous chances to tie up that game and failed miserably. Grudz can't lay down a bunt? COME ON. And where the hell is Walker? At least I got some Bears tickets this morning, so this day isn't a complete waste.
