And just out of curiosity why is it so disastrous for the Marlins to get him? Because their team is ghey.

What's the big controversy?

If anyone has ever wondered about the appearance of one TSM'er known as Marney, you can direct your queries to Kotzenjunge. He has pictures of her and he refuses to share them. He was in the TSM chat room, told us he had pics, then as we asked to see them, he left. When we invited him back, he blocked me and probably others. I find his behavior incredibly selfish and demand he give the people what they want! Pics of Marney!!!!!!!

Oh... thanks.

So, Party Gurl, you're not the least bit curious about the appearance of a fellow board member?
-
Yeah, Rob, that's exactly what I'm saying, you fucking faggot.

I have to figure seeing the ball go past Ortiz would for Cubs fans be the equivalent of the whole team falling apart over something completely inconsequential and an error by our best defensive player for no reason. Whenever I see Boone, Buckner, or Bartman in a video clip I close my eyes and cover my ears.

At one point we would have had bases loaded, nobody out, but they called Lee out at third when he was clearly safe, and another time with Lee on first and Patterson batting with no outs, full count, the pitch is inside, but they called it strike three, and Lee was running so it was a strikemout, throwemout, double play, when it should have been two on, nobody out.

Those umpires were terrible.

JOHNNY DAMON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not really, I mean that guy's going for twenty straight, what appeal could the best rivalry in sports hold compared to that?
-
I mean honestly you guys, I've never posted a picture before, can you just tell me if it came through?
-
So do you guys see that photo in my above post or what?
-
Why don't you just place a bet with him on this series, loser changes name and signature to reflect fandom for the team he's detested his entire life?

The Devil Rays.

Oh, and you guys all know the Cubs are deep in pitching, and for some reason we never get Clement any run support, so he probably hates being here.
-
Cubs fan here, and I would definetely take that trade. We have a real hole at short, and it still seems up in the air when Gonzalez will be back, and he'll still need a long time to recover and his hitting sucked even before he got hurt. I think by trading Clement we'll also have the resources to sign Nomar to a long-term deal.

The ChiSox will blow it as always. Anyways, lots of good rivalry series going down this week, and the way The Cubs have been going with another all-Chicago series coming up this weekend, we really need to take 2/3 from The Stros.

It's time for you, the POSTERS, to decide!

You guys are all way off. The clear choice is the new kid Kevin. -
Those announcers were pretty bad, but at least they weren't overly biased or knocking on The Cubs too much. The whole game they said we're one of the best teams they've faced this year, and they talked about how great Prior is.

Wow, Taste Of Chicago, Cubs/Sox, AND the gay pride parade! Truly there has never been a better time to be a Chicagoan. And in preparation of this momentous weekend, here's my impression of a Sox fan--- "1908 blah blah blah curse blah goat bah bartman hahahahah typical cub fan blah blah blah" Wow, this seemed a lot funnier when I was planning it in my head. Just trying to say that most of the Sox fans I know are the absolute stupidest people in the world, and they all care more about the Cubs losing than the Sox winning. Their ballpark is horrendous, and I wouldn't go to a game there if I won tickets from a radio station and they were playing my most hated team the Yankees. I think they actually sold out HALF their park for that series.

I just went straight to bed after that Cubs/Cards game last night, and I got very little sleep thinking about what just happened to our team. WOW Although, on the plus side, Steve Kline gave LaRussa the middle finger, making for massive entertainment value. We'll get 'em tonight.

Wow, the Cubs are really coming to life now. 9 of our last 10, and our season series lead over the Cards moves to 2 games, one game back of the best record in the NL and 10 games over .500.
